as a history buff guy myself, i got jealous of those books you have. sure a lot of people wouldn't even touch them but to right history buff guy, you can get at least half of your 40 bucks investment back just from those books, ive seen facebook groups that are devoted to these german type of items and they pay good money for these kinds of books. how many of those german related books did you actually saw there btw?

I'm not familiar with the other WWII publications but the "Rise and Fall" book is like the definitive scholastic tome on the subject - yes scholarly and far from propaganda. Had used in middle school history class for a paper. :-)

The Rise & Fall of the Third Reich is the most comprehensive history ever written on the subject. Nowadays people seem to be creeped out by it, but it’s important to understand history so we don’t repeat it. In 1963 when it was written, it was the number best seller in the US. It’s not pro-Nazi, in fact I saw a copy on display in the Dealey Plaza Museum in Dallas this year. That museum is run by the JFK Foundation and I think that says a lot.

Must be the month for watches. Another channel found a bunch too. My best score was a ps4 rock band complete instrument set. Turns out it was missing the game but the set in great condition! So on the hunt for the game now. I believe the white pieces in your race box are guard rails.

That Hot Wheel is an awesome score if it's an American Hauler redline.
Unfortunately it’s blackwall but I still thought it was cool being sealed.
Back in college, I was studying WWII quite a bit and found my translation of Mein Kampf to be rather bad and was in search of a better one. I found this lovely little bookstore on the way home one day. Went in and found a few books that I'd been looking for including the exact translation of Mein Kampf that I wanted. Went to the cashier to pay for it all and the lady there just glared at me. Turned out it was a mom and pop store, both Jewish, both Holocaust survivors and she did not like it one bit that I was buying that book.
Now, I'm no Nazi. This was history and very important part of it as it was Hitler's manifesto. I can understand her sentiments, her memories and all of it but this was commerce. This was her store and she (and her husband) were free to decide for themselves what material they wished to have on hand for sale. I did nothing wrong but she was reacting as if I'd declared war on her. I said nothing, paid for the books and quickly left but I'm still mystified by her reaction. It made no sense. Don't sell the damn book if it personally offends you so damn much. She sure as hell didn't mind taking my money.
My ears perked when I heard them talking firearms. Transaction may be a little bit tricky but money to be made if the price is right. Especially that ammo they got sitting out!

Brand new they sell around $99 on Mercari, and $96 on ebay. I wouldn't have paid $65, but if you come across anymore it might be worth the hassle to ship.
