Hi Jack. I'm sitting here thousands of miles away absolutely glued to your channel. You really are making this old man happy!! Great to see, especially this $1 locker, can't wait for episode 2. God bless, stay safe and love to your beautiful family.
15 years ago my uncle bought storage units, in a pair of old jeans he found $15,000 in hundred dollar bills in the pockets, he had those jeans out on a table for sale for a week or longer and was gathering nonmoving items to throw away when he felt the pockets had something...what a lucky break.
Miss Me jeans are high end and I have found $150.00 in a book so I always check through all of the pages and I have found money in the pokeys of clothes too. With all the money you found I say this locker was a big winner that will continue to make you money at the flea market and auction. But I hit the subscribe button at the coach purse and Disney Globe because I enjoyed how you can see potential and look past dust. Thanks for sharing.
Your organization and OCD was one of the main reasons I started following you! I believe it was around the time y’all got the “Boat” Locker. I have stuck around for a good while and I am glad I did! You and Janna are honest and hard working with admirable core values. I’m kinda Locker Nuts!
I seriously that I was watching a video from 15 years ago! I haven’t watched in over a month and you look fabulous! Congratulations! Love the hair cut and the weight loss was is unbelievable!
Really glad that you give the personal items back to the office, other people probably would probably just throw it out. Probably means a lot to someone.
Ya and then the office has to keep it and try to contact the owner who won't come down because they figure they will be hit up for money. Ask about that at the office and they will tell you they have a whole unit full of personal papers that they legally have to hold. If those papers etc are so valuable why aren't the owners there buying their unit back?
I always check the pockets on any used clothing, especially jeans. I've found all denominations of bills folded up in jean pockets. I pick them up at garage sales, estate sales, and even on the sidewalks on trash day.
Jack, you have no idea how much I would love to go in on a unit with you. I am handicapped and will most likely never get the chance to do what you do. I DREAM at night about you and Alex opening storage units. I hope you both appreciate just how lucky you are...
You can do this man, no one gonna tell you to go away cuz of your condition... If its a Money problem then start slow with low priced stuff but never spend what you cannot afford to lose and thats for every business out there
I gotta say Jack I think I love to find money has much as you do. I love it when you get excited over a little bit of change makes me laugh every time.
I absolutely love your channel! You are so absolutely funny, down to earth, and just an all-around amazing family! I can’t watch any other channel without thinking about the humor coming from you!
I'm smiling on your behalf. And can I just say that I'm grateful for your channel keeping it real. I did what you did. My memories are of being covered in dust - and no way of cleaning myself - during hot, dry days. Hot, dry , endless, hard, hard days. So I am glad that this was a win for you.
Hey Jack, you defiantly get an A++ for your set up with the white canopy sun shade, table sorting station. The Disney snow globes sell quickly 40-50 bucks. Matrix shampoo I use myself excellent product 15-20.00 retail. Jackpot on finding the glass jar with the quarters. You are so funny and we enjoy watching your videos. Just a note the dirty jacket you through out, please check the pockets prior. Many people hide cash in jacket pockets. Keep up these amazing videos!!
I would just love to load one of these dollar storage finds, trace the family and let them decide if they want anything back. Wondered what happened with them as it seems like a lifetime of memories being thrown away.
Love the enthusiasm! I just started buying lockers about a year ago and it is the best!!! I am trying to improve my system for pickup and sorting but I do bring trash bags and gloves always! Keep up the great content! I'm going to check out the second half to this episode!
You make watching your videos so much fun! I have tried watching some other storage locker videos, but they don’t even show what’s in the boxes; they act like they are having a party and not caring if their viewers are engaged or not! You always make your videos exciting and fun to watch! I know you work harder than most realize! Thank you for all the hard work and the work you put in your videos! Hats off to you, Jack!
As the wife of a former LP (Loss Prevention, he stopped shoplifters) I can tell you all those swim suits were probably stolen. They get stolen often... This was fun to watch..TFS
Hi I am watching from Plymouth England. I have never watched one of your videos before but I will definitely do so in the future. You don’t waste time like some do and you show everything which is awesome. Well done see you soon Elaine
Thank you, Thank you, Thank you so much for using the chest gear hands free camera work. So much easier to watch n see what ur doing. ... congratulations, well spent money on this unit...
Hello Locker Nuts, I just came online and was so upset I missed the Auction tonight, but then your video pops up and I was happy. I bet you will find some great treasures in here for just $1. Have a great week!
Man for a $1 you cannot go wrong, true you have , plenty for the dump, plenty for the thrift shop, plenty for the flea market and plenty options for profit. All in all, for all the hard work you deserve all you can wring out of it. Remember not everbody can afford levis or lee orvwranglers. Good luck to you.
You should wash the towels with vinegar and arm and hammer odor blasters detergent and donate them to animal shelters and the clothes wash same way and donate to homeless shelters and churches.
I found your channel last week and I'm obsessed. Question - when you get the units for $1 is it because no one is interested and the storage company just wants it cleaned out?
Both. Some facilities reserve the right to set a lowest price. So if no one bids the lowest price the locker unit is not sold. In this case, that did not happen and they just wanted it gone and Jack was the only bidder at $1. It's a huge benefit to some facilities to let the lockers go at $1, it costs a lot of money to have someone come in and clean the place out, then dump the items. You can see Jack sorting the items plus he has his trusty garbage can. He will need to make a "dump run" in the end which costs money to do. The facility wins in that the the locker is cleaned out and Jack scored by already making his money back with the coins, the rest is profit. You really can't lose on a $1 unit BUT as you can see it is an enormous amount of work.
sock with corn in it is homemade warmer, stick it in the microwave for a minute and then you can put it on your neck, back, tummy, etc. Usually it has dried rice or dried beans in it.
I love how organized and prepared you are compared to others that do this! Why handle things a second time when you can just sort it the first time. Very smart.
U know right if this was live Storage auctions, there no chance he pay for this locker only 1 dollar. Watch Storage Wars and u gonna know what im talking about.
Hi, this may be the first video I've watched of yours but you sound amazing judging by the comments and your video is amazing! I will be subscribing and I'll continue to support ❤
Nice ROI for a buck Jack. FYI items with $0 tickets could be something an employee set up. They scan it at self check with other items so they are not caught actually stealing the item. 😢
The tags that have 0 as the price, are actually part of a two piece set. I.E. if you buy pajamas, or something like a shirt & skirt, or shirt and pants outfit, sometimes each one will have a tag, but only one will have the price.
Haven't seen you in short hair for a while, you look 10 years younger. Fun locker, I like these more than the high end, jewelry everywhere, this is way more exciting! And for 1 dollar!
Dude, that was priceless, "I don't want to get my hands dir..." ( As he throws his glove in the spider web and dirty leaves) 🤣🤪😧 It's so kind of you to give us a laugh to start thing off! Whew.. let's get started...
Love your videos. You couldn’t pay me enough money to dig through all of that stuff but for some weird reason I could watch you digging through it all day long! 🤣
That corn sock is like the average rice sock. You can heat it up and use it as a heating comfort thing. My mom used to do it a ton when she was younger.
I would check that makeup bag; with my luck all of the gold jewelry would be in there! I just found a really nice 14k bracelet on the kiddie shelf at an estate sale and another one in one of those satin jewelry pouches with a glass necklace. (bought the bag so fast...naturally.) I'd toss the makeup itself; used makeup can be dangerous, especially these days.
That Snow White snow globe should be checked as it still works. Who knows how much it worth. Likely it's the biggest prize. Those jeans and unused bags and well shaped wallets are likely fetch a pretty penny and silver as well.
When I was homeless in Eureka I saw a trash can in old town that had wrapping paper in it, so I thought to myself there's a chance. Sure enough I found like ten bucks left in a card.
I don't know where u live but I live in Florida so I'm wondering if it's the same concept. So how do I find out about these storage auctions? Would like to get into this

I love how you were almost as excited, about finding a quarter. as you were about the whole bank full of quarters, so cute. Lol😄 Knowing the potential in makeup bags. Such as jewelry cash.. I couldn't sleep at night if I threw the whole bag away without looking. Or threw it into the market bag. I would be the lunatic, outside with a flashlight. At 3 am going through boxes and bags. Of course I have not been doing this full-time for years. 😄 Thank you for sharing another great video. May God continue to bless you and your's Amen
People think you have OCD Jack, I can’t even throw change in my jar without first double and triple checking for key dates, doubled dyes, obvious errors, silvers, etc....it really can get quite inconvenient. Also, that one was impressively large toenail. No wonder they saved it...
What kind of things to you save for the original owners? Year Books? Paperwork? Ever go overboard? Enjoyed this a bunch! First visit. Look up stuff, work that brain(Disney yes!) Toenail 💓
Miss me jeans and rock Revivals jeans are good to resell they go for atleast 80 . Those jeans can be 100-200 dollars and people look to get those cheap

Apparently those $15,000 $100= 150 bills did not make much of a bulk inside the pockets? Quite a find!!!
Suggestion, Jack. When you find makeup just toss it. Makeup has expiration dates. Check out the back.
You can always donate sheets/towels/blankets to animal shelters.
