I was an atheist, as a kid I didn't really believe in the Bible. Somehow I saw it all as a lesson to be a better person, be good and get back to you. I've had a lot of things happen in my life and I've come to realize that there is a supreme being. I've even read the Qur'an. When I started reading the Bible, fasting, listening to channels as good as yours, I experienced so much love and advice that I saw that could help me. I've changed. It's not easy even now, I'm falling into sin, but I know that my Lord and savior is looking at me. My testimony. My dad cut his finger making dinner one night and he must have hit a vein the blood wouldnt stop. A napkin of blood was filled and he asked me to put my hand on his and we prayed and asked the lord for it to be healed and when we were done praying we lifted our hands off of the cut and i saw the flesh seal up like a zipper before my very eyes. God is Good!!!❤

The beautiful thing is that faith has you and the more you direct in God's path the wisdom is forever the fact checkers question things he said "one day I will speak these things plainly to you" very spiritually truthful and intriguing.
The parable of the good Samaritan is a great parable, most people misunderstood the parable assigning themselves to be like the good Samaritan, but in fact the good Samaritan is Jesus and the person who was robbed and beaten half dead is us sinners, we were half dead when we lost the spirit of God in the fall and Jesus came to save us and restore the holy spirit which is symbolized by the good Samaritan pouring the oil, the wine is his blood sacrificing himself for us, It is Jesus who is the good Samaritan saving us sinners who were beaten and robbed by non other lucifer the snake in the garden that deceived Eve, the good neighbor is non other than Jesus himself who felt compassion for us

I recently came across an interpretation of the parables of new cloth and new wineskins that made a lot of sense. The basic question we have to ask ourselves when reading that passage in Luke 5 is: why were the religious leaders satisfied with Jesus's answer? They were suggesting that His disciples weren't very good disciple material, seeing as they didn't even fast like John's disciples. Jesus did two things to answer their concerns. He pointed out that his disciples had no old master, whose teaching would naturally be compared constantly to Jesus's own. New patch of cloth isn't sewn onto old garments. Because of this, His disciples were perfect; they were like empty pages ready to be written with everything Jesus wanted to teach them. New wine going into new wineskins. Using the parables of new cloth and new wine was reminicent of rabbinic teaching familiar to the religious leaders, who were apparently satisfied with Jesus's answer and asked nothing more. That is the second thing Jesus accomplished, He answered them to their satisfaction -- so that they understood. If indeed Jesus was talking about a new covenant with Yahweh, they ought to have had a thousand more questions for him about that. Compare Jesus's words in Luke 5:36-39 to Pirkei Avot 4:20 and see what you think.

The parable of the good Samaritan is a great parable, most people misunderstood the parable assigning themselves to be like the good Samaritan, but in fact the good Samaritan is Jesus and the person who was robbed and beaten half dead is us sinners, we were half dead when we lost the spirit of God in the fall and Jesus came to save us and restore the holy spirit which is symbolized by the good Samaritan pouring the oil, the wine is his blood sacrificing himself for us, It is Jesus who is the good Samaritan saving us sinners who were beaten and robbed by non other lucifer the snake in the garden that deceived Eve, the good neighbor is non other than Jesus himself who felt compassion for us

I recently came across an interpretation of the parables of new cloth and new wineskins that made a lot of sense. The basic question we have to ask ourselves when reading that passage in Luke 5 is: why were the religious leaders satisfied with Jesus's answer? They were suggesting that His disciples weren't very good disciple material, seeing as they didn't even fast like John's disciples. Jesus did two things to answer their concerns. He pointed out that his disciples had no old master, whose teaching would naturally be compared constantly to Jesus's own. New patch of cloth isn't sewn onto old garments. Because of this, His disciples were perfect; they were like empty pages ready to be written with everything Jesus wanted to teach them. New wine going into new wineskins. Using the parables of new cloth and new wine was reminicent of rabbinic teaching familiar to the religious leaders, who were apparently satisfied with Jesus's answer and asked nothing more. That is the second thing Jesus accomplished, He answered them to their satisfaction -- so that they understood. If indeed Jesus was talking about a new covenant with Yahweh, they ought to have had a thousand more questions for him about that. Compare Jesus's words in Luke 5:36-39 to Pirkei Avot 4:20 and see what you think.
