Could you tell me, in the adult pool area, there are private rooms off to the side, are the beds with the canopy in front of them included with them? I understand there is a charge for them if you aren't Diamond members.
If you stay at the Sunrise side of Moon Palace can you eat and play at the Grand? Concerned about the amount of children that would be at the Grand? We have stayed over the years 4 times at Moon Place, 1 time Sun Palace, visited the Beach Palace and years ago some others that I don't think exist anymore. Just came back from Palace in Jamaica.
Hi there, Thank you for the vlog. This was helpful. I see a lot of reviews on trip advisor and yelp where folks are complaining about a horrible smell on the beach and tons of sea weed that makes it hard to swim. Can you please share your thoughts on that? I am considering a trip during Christmas.
Hello Asha, Mexico has been going through that issue since the beginning of the year. When I was there earlier this month it was pretty good. I didn't smell anything horrible and the water was good enough to swim in.
It depends on the time of the year but most days were pretty hot and I was there in November. It rained once in a while in the night. You should go to this property I booked a lot of clients there with families and they all loved it!
You're very welcome. They night clins on the resort. And i was shocked on hiw lively it was i didnt have to leave the resort. But if you want to leave the resort you are still in Cancun so The Nightlife isn't too far from the Resort
I would give it a solid 10. There's so much to do for kids its almost hard for them to get bored. The Waterpark alone should keep them busy if not they have an arcade with the latest video games and activities for them to do

Hello, You dont have to pay to use the arcade its all included. Hope that helps!
