A great way to make buttermilk substitute at home is to take 1 cup of whole milk at room temperature and add 1 tablespoon of vinegar/lemon juice to it. Give it a quick mix and set it aside for about 10 minutes till you find the milk has thickened and may turn a little lumpy. Enjoy!

It would be helpful if the measures were also given in grams especially for ingredients like butter.
Also the cupcakes turned yummy but it is sticking to the paper lining. Would you know the reason if I may have gone wrong somewhere?
