Interior is what attracted me to this car and why I choose it over Kadjar, Tucson and Qashqai. To me all three interiors looked dated compared to 3008. My is GT line in Ultimate red and after almost 2 years it's still quite a head turner.
P.S.: Glove box on left hand traffic 3008 is much larger because there's no fuse box.

@thormaster06 hello, did you have any big problems since you bought your Gt Line? Im thinking of buying a GT Line too. Cant find an other one so great as the GT Line. The new Citroen C5 Aircross came out but doent feel like a car you can trust, although shares many things of 3008. Peugeot 3008 came out on 2017 and still beats other simillar SUV's.

@121bham Agreed its cheaper than getting the Gt an adding some of those options :-) What would have been very nice tho was adaptive cruise control as standard on the Premium but that is an extra.

At last, after 2 years of ownership I've found out what those pointy bits in the boot are for so thanks. I have been amazed by the 1200 engine without the slightest problem it has taken me a car load of family and bikes on top all over England and northern Scotland. A joy!

I've had my Allure 1.2 auto for nearly two years and I hadn't noticed the pointy bits. No complaints about my 3008, I think it's a brilliant bit of kit. The voice activation for the satnav works really well and the safety features are spot on. What I really do like is the fact that I have a full size spare wheel.

@@ruralrob228 I've had my 1.2 GT Line Premium for a month now. I was hesitant at first, considering my previous cars were all 1.8 or 2 litre petrol, but I can honestly say this car can shift. Just got my 8 speed auto 1.6, and I'm very pleased with it, I chose the Allure model as I think it offers the best value for money. The build quality seems very solid, my only negative things I've found is too many settings rely on going through the touchscreen and there is no button to turn off the auto stop function that has to be done on the touchscreen each time you drive the suv.

I currently have a 2018 Honda CRV EX auto and have had my head turned by one if these. The tech on this car is about 10 years ahead of Honda and the poor connectivity and poor mobile integration I am finding with my CRV has me looking for a new SUV with Apple CarPlay. My only concern is the slight drop in performance as on paper the CRV seems better and is a fairly quick car. I think I need to test drive a 3008 and see what I think, as it’s a great looking car. Nice review, the best one I have seen yet :)

In the top 10 NI car registrations for July 2019, Nissan Qashqai was 1st with 160 and Peugeot 3008 was 9th with 68. I'm not just biased because I have a Qashqai for just over 2. 5 years with no problems and I would not have anything else, but the above registration numbers speak for itself.

I've been running one of these for six months, 3 cyl,1200 cc petrol turbo with 8 speed auto. I thought that it was brilliant which is why I bought one, and then waaaw I discovered he most important button on the car. The Sports Button and it becomes a stunning car; suspension stiffens, improved/weightier feel from steering, engine rev ranges and change-up points go up about a 1,000 revs. It comes alive and absolutely flies and that's from 1200 cc petrol engine. I loved everything about it before, it's so comfortable especially on long journeys, and it looks beautiful and you get all the toys. VW looks just fin boring and probably more expensive and for what? It is up there with the best imo. And btw in sports mode it sounds like a feckin Stratos honest. How could it get any better. It handles superbly if you're not a feckin idiot. and even then I think youd have to push it really hard.

@@MY-mp6bq I drove Audi for a couple of years, nice car but a 2 year old Q5 that I got for 330k euros compared to a 2 year old 3008 for half the price I think the value is in the peugeot. The bits you say are cheap in the interior must be details.. almost every owner comment that I see praises the interior.
