I've tried both wheat grass powder and wheat grass juice powder. I definitely prefer the juice powder. It tastes better and I feel better drinking it, personally.
I used to drink a lot of homemade wheat grass juice, I will get back into it! It made me feel awesome. I remember going to the dentist during this time and having no cavities when they asked me what I do I enthusiastically told them how I chew on wheat grass throughout the day... they just went 🤨..lol
Yes, I had to have an emergency appointment as I was in so much pain. Dentist told me nothing could be done for my tooth and had to pull it out. I decided to increase my wheatgrass and have my tooth after 5 years..don’t know which one it was! This was just wheatgrass grown in trays in my lounge. I used potting mix but it had been recycled many times from previous trays outside so was probably pretty nutrient dense soil.
Hmm... I don't know if Dr.Berg would have gone through the trouble of figuring out a way to get the juice powder instead of the whole wheat grass powder if it whole wheat grass was easier to produce and cheaper to make. I think I might stick with the juice powder from Dr.Berg because I have watched his videos not only explaining it but showing the production process. Instead of showing the usual Thomas DeLauer animations probably should have shown it being made although I do enjoy the free education on the science, believe me i'm not complaining. Also Thomas DeLauer is cool but his company keeps sending me spam literally telling me that they are disappointed in me not buying their product...
I use Wheatgraspowder and Wheatgrasjuicepowder both, 100% organic. Example, in an kaleshake ( 1/2 teaspoons each, with a big handful of kale + some walnutoil + 1/2 teaspon of macarootpowder and tumericpowder + pink salt and lime/lemon juice + some icecubes and almond milk ), drink it with an meal and i like it a lot that way^^
First, Thank you for explaining this so well. Just bought some wheat grass juice powder and it was explained in the yt video that juice powder is better than regular powder. Going to try this brand next as i do not care for the lemon with stevia flavor of the brand i have now. thanks again.
Will never buy anything with disgusting sweet stevia, very disappointing Dr. Berg's wheat grass juice powder has sweetener, albeit he'd say it's only a little bit, it's still unnecessary to add sweeteners. Please, just allow people to add their own stevia or sugar or honey and keep it out of the actual original ingredients! People in the U.S. are so addicted to sugar that it's now in peanut butter and turkey in natural food stores. It's no wonder so many are sick.
@@keenhr8t4blues Not to mention that Dr. Berg's juice powder is one of the more expensive ones (per ounce). Compared with others, Dr. Berg's is more expensive than other wheatgrass juice powders

Ousman D Dr bergs wheatgrass is sitting in a jar for a year. Do you really think that is good? He is a salesman for his product, saying unnecessary things like "grown on an ancient sea bed" as if ancient helps in any way? That's a joke dude.
Snipethemapples well there is no proof for any amount of nutritional value that is in his wheatgrass. How are you going to just take his word with no proof? And what does ancient have anything to do with minerals that we need? You dont know what minerals, you dont know if they are even being absorbed, you dont know if we need those minerals. Its just a salesman pitch to sell his product with no proof
Q U A T T R O that s true for other brands too, isn't it? Normally all products should be formally check by independent authorities for any claim they make.
According to Berg, the bulk of this is just the grass chopped up. Buying the wheat grass JUICE powder, means you're consuming JUST the nutrients. Not the grass. Extremely concentrated, which is what you want.
All true except grow your own and AMMEND your soil like Jersey sand, Azomite, and I throw in some organic sea kelp so my seeds will pull what it needs even though it’s overkill and my composted waste is SUPER rich in minerals. Nothing goes to waste in an ECO friendly house
This is one of the most informative videos about the benefits of wheatgrass. Except, Almost all studies with wheatgrass are conducted using the juice powder/juice, not dry blades of grass that are milled to a powder.
Dr. Berg recommends wheat grass JUICE powder not wheat grass powder NOT wheat grass juice but WHEAT GRASS JUICE POWDER. He clearly explains the difference in his video (I made the mistake of getting wheat grass powder
Great Value Bleach it’s not about being organic. It’s important that it’s field grown, planted I autumn, covered by snow over winter, and harvested in spring.
So mine, grown weekly, in organic nutrient dense soil with natural light, treated prophalacticly with grapefruit seed oil and extracted fresh on a daily basis wouldn't be as good for me as this processed powder? Because processed foods are not the reason we're looking for answers in drinking wheatgrass to begin with. So sick of plugs. I feel like I got a jack right in the back of my head.

I like all the beneficial information completely agree but I call BS on the method of growing on the ground vs in a tray being better then the other. First of all the wheatgrass has to be harvested before it starts to develop the wheat seed so harvest time should be around the same time just because its in a tray doesn't mean there is some magical fast growing process. Second, nutrient rich soil can be placed in a tray and if you say you harvest and then continue to let it grow and continue to harvest the same plant several times then you're depleting the soil of its nutrients, and growing in a tray would be more beneficial because after harvest you typically would dump the tray replace with nutrient rich soil and plant new seeds. Roots going deeper doesn't mean more nutrients that's why farmers rotate crops because some plants take what some plants give and some plants give what some plants take. Third, a tray can be placed in the sun light. So yes I do agree with doing your due diligence and know where your product comes from but either tray or ground doesn't matter as long as the proper steps are being taken to produce the most nutrient dense food you can get.
Please do some research into how wheat grass is grown before calling BS. FACT: Wheat grass is best harvested at around three months for peak nutrient content. FACT: Tray grown wheat grass is harvested within 7-10 DAYS. Try to grow wheat grass in a shallow tray for three months and you'll see how unhealthy (ie dead) that grass will be. FACT: Tray grown wheat grass is grown with little or no soil. FACT: Tray grown commercial wheat grass is NOT grown with natural sun, but with artificial lighting. FACT: farmers rotate crops on outdoor plots to prevent loss of fertility in the soil. The nutrient value of indoor grown wheat grass is far less than outdoor grown wheat grass. It's not a small difference.
Tray grass is typically rampant with mold and yeast. Just look down into your seedbed. And has 1/3 the Chlorophyll. Most all of the growth in 7 days comes from what was stored in the seed. the roots are shallow and have incomparable access to organic nutrients and minerals. The best farming plan has wheatgrass planted in the fall just in time to go dormant over the winter while developing root structure underground. Then harvesting in the Spring. October Plant May Harvest.
Harvest happens at the peak of nutrition in the plant which is the jointing stage just prior to the plant diverting energy to seed production. Hence the gluten-free nature of these products.
Dr. Berg explained in his own video for his product. What they do is plant it during the late fall/winter, so the wheat won't grow above ground, only expanding its roots until the spring. Quite clever, actually. Of course, this is how it's supposed to be. Wheat seeds form in the fall; they don't wait until the next spring to start growing unless they're being planted through manmade processes. Planting in the spring is something of a rush process for the plant, and doesn't allow it to mature correctly nutrition wise.
ufcoopblog.com/blog/southern-spotlight-wheat-crop-staging/ Agronomy Grain Feed Energy Southern Spotlight: Wheat Crop Staging By James Banahan | November 6, 2013 (Updated July 21, 2015) Amanda Fairley Amanda Fairley Two different scales exist to identify the stages of wheat: the Feekes Scale and the Zadoks Scale. The Feekes Scale is the most commonly used, and the one I use when working with wheat. If you’re unfamiliar with this scale, or if you need a refresher, this article is a summary of the Feekes stages. I find there is great value in understanding the scale and being able to apply it to your crop as it moves through the different wheat growth stages. This will help you make the best decisions about the timing of fertilizer, herbicide, insecticide, and fungicide applications in addition to helping you to identify and understand critical phases in your wheat crop, such as, jointing and flag leaf emergence. Using the skills to stage wheat will enable you to treat your crop in the ways that will most support its production and success, adding value to your land and operation. Header2 Feekes Stages Feekes 1.0: Plants in this stage are newly emerged. The number of unfolded leaves is represented by a number following the decimal. For example, a shoot with two fully unfolded leaves would be in the 1.2 Feekes stage. Feekes 2.0: Plants in this stage are at the beginning of tillering. Tillers are shoots that develop at the leaf axil. In this stage, they share the main stem. As earlier articles have stated, the ultimate number of tillers depends on Nitrogen fertilization. Feekes 3.0: In this stage, also known as the prostrate stage, wheat is “creeping.” Tillers are formed and plants will continue to tiller for many weeks. Stage 3.0 takes place in the late fall and early spring and may or not complete before winter dormancy. It is an important stage as the number of tillers formed contribute to grain yield potential. Feekes 4.0: This stage is the beginning of erect growth. Stage 4.0 begins when plants break winter dormancy in March or April. In most cases, the bulk of the tillers have formed and growth is now directed upward. Leaf sheaths thicken. Insects and weeds can be a problem at this stage, so continued scouting of your acres is important. Topdress applications are made at this time or shortly prior, and fungicide, herbicide, or insecticide applications can be made as well depending on the pressures in your field. Feekes 5.0: Plants in this stage, which will not take place before vernalization, are experiencing stem elongation and their leaf sheaths start to show strong erectness. Tiller development has come to a close. Any herbicide applications should have been made prior to this stage, which is notable since head size and the number of spikelets per head are determined here. Feekes 6.0: This stage usually occurs during mid-to-late April. In this stage, plants will continue to grow upward and the first node becomes visible above the surface of the soil. If the stem is split, you will be able to see the head directly above the node. Importantly, no herbicide applications should be made at this stage due to the possibility of sterilization or distortion of the spike. Feekes 7.0: During this stage, which usually occurs in late April or early May, the second node becomes visible and the spike experiences rapid expansion.
Ann Wigmore states fresh wheatgrass is best. Growing wheatgrass in a field for a year would accumulated acid rain and other chemicals no matter where in the world its grown.
@Mary Carroll growing your own is way cheaper, I bought a 5kg bag of organic wheatgrass seeds for 20£ , with that I can grow so much wheatgrass. A 500g bag of wheatgrass juice powder cost me about 30£. And I will get a lot more use out of growing my own plus its higher quality and cheaper! All I need is the sun, water, a tray and my seeds.
Really confused as to buy wheatgrass juice powder or wheatgrass powder. Dr Berg mentioned juice powder which has less fibre and easily digestible and here Thomas recommends wheatgrass powder which contains more chlorophyll and protein per tbsp. Can anyone help me out as to which is better to buy?
On a nutrient parity basis, more fiber is better. If you buy the juice powder, consider blending it with your own fiber source. If you have to use more of the non-juiced powder to get the same amount of the juiced nutrients, you would be better off just using a larger volume of the powder.
No matter the powder... It's not a live food. I would say my fresh grown wheat grass has more to offer in its fresh squeezed form then over processed powders. Tray grown for me.
It's not just that it is grown outdoors. It is grown outdoors over 100 days in fertile soil and under strong New Zealand sunlight for peak nutrient content. It's organic. It's processed within an hour of being cut. It has 4x the chlorophyll content of other wheatgrass.
"under strong New Zealand sunlight" Why would New Zealand sunlight be any better than the sunlight in Australia or America? Last I check, we all shared the same sunlight. "It has 4x the chlorophyll content of other wheatgrass" Where was the study done to prove this claim? Also, when measuring, were you also measuring up against other wheatgrass competitor who were also at the top of the line quality or did you measure up against the lowest quality competitor to get that 4x claim?
There is a hole in the ozone layer in Antarctica. The sun's ultraviolet rays are especially strong in New Zealand because of this. The 4X chlorophyll is derived from the general cited chlorophyll content of tray grown wheat grass. Compared to Amazing Grass, a popular American organic outdoor grown wheat grass, our wheat grass has twice the amount of chlorophyll per gram.
ORAC score measures the antioxidant capacity of things in nature. It assesses the ability of something to scavenge free-radicals/ROS (Reactive Oxygen Species). Dragon's blood sap has the highest known ORAC value of 2,897,110 giving it 6,000 times the antioxidant power of vitamin C, 800 times that of CoQ10, and 550 times that of vitamin E. Just as a comparison, Blueberries have an ORAC of 4,669 and turmeric 127,068. The second highest is Astaxanthin with an ORAC value of 2,822,200. Free radical buildup, cancer & other diseases increase as you age. This is because glutathione levels decrease, your thymus shrinks as you age so you don't have as many killer T cells AND your stem cells decrease as you age as well. You're all welcome to research any of this on the NCBI database.
Snake oil was promoted at one time. Grow your own wheat-grass and control what is in the soil or a soil-less medium plus the light. A commercial farm is still a commercial farm depleting the soil quickly over time. The idea is to the transfer of life-force energy from plant/light to human. Processing and dehydration defeat this process. Did Jack Lalane start this way ? Try growing some yourself Thomas and then comment.
If you grew your own in a tray, you could not match the nutritional value of organic wheat grass outdoors for 100 days. All farms rotate their crops to allow the soil to replenish its nutrients.
what is the analysis of your soil? what is the analysis of your product? If you are growing your product for 100 days during a growing season ( not winter )it is too long for max nutrition.. crop rotation does not guarantee soil replenishment. only that you are growing something else.
I’m confused because last week, you did an add saying that wheatgrass was bad and completely useless for weight loss...is it good or bad? I read multiple times that it was one of the food that had the most enzymes and nutrient 😟
I see all of the debates about the two different wheat grass. But it supposed to be about the potassium that supposed to keep your insulin level in check.
Ok, he just said you want Wheat Grass Powder not Wheat Grass Juice Powder. Dr. Berg says you want it the other way around. He says you want Wheat Grass Juice Powder because Wheat Grass Powder has the actual grass that is not digestible. So what gives?
Yup; and according to most I have read the JUICE powder is 5-6 times more concentrated in nutrients than just smashing up the plant and drying it as Antler does (he said they cold press it - no idea what he meant by that...). Cheers!
@@bena2591 Totally agree. Its the Juice you want not the actual grass. The grass is just the mechanism in which the nutrients get pulled into the plant and converted for juicing.
@@BrianGarside I have noticed that when I have just the low temp dried wheatgrass (and other dried plants) like Antler/Amazing Grass does it there is much more stomach discomfort that when I get the actual JUICE cold dried powder like Garden of Life does it. If I want fiber, I will add that separately (and pick another fiber like ground flax straight from the fridge). Apparently the dried green powder is about 5 times more concentrated than the plant. Then, if dried JUICE powder it is 5-6 times more concentrated. I.e. a total of 25x to 30x the actual plant - THAT is good bang for my buck and for slamming that non-tasty green shot :) Cheers!
But then he says that it's "cold-pressed into a powder" which means that it was juiced then powdered anyway omg smh...I'm pretty sure he was just reading script
Uhh, I grow wheat grass trays for my own consumption. This guy tries to sound educated but he's just reading a script from his sponsor. Wheat Grass grows fast! You don't have to force it to grow. The mold growth can be prevented by using the right temperature and humidity and cleanliness of the environment. You can build up the image of your sponsor without destroying others! There are different types of wheat grass seeds, he didn't even mention which type is he talking about. 🙄
The argument is about wheatgrass being slow grown so that it has time to absorb and develop nutrients. Tray grown wheat grass is cut in a week or two, which results in a high sugar levels and low relative nutrient value. Ours is grown over 100 days so the nutrient value is superior.
07:49 you're ruining the promotion of Dr.Bergs Wheat Grass Juice Powder looooooooool he Says Juice Powder is better (more concentrated nutrition) and you say otherwise... :)
I planted wheat grass with soil, on the fourth and fifth day, top of wheatgrass became yellow and withered. I tried to grow wheatgrass with normal water, no yellowing at the top, although the grass was not as large as the soil. I do not know my problem , can you advise me
Tray grown wheat grass lacks the nutrients found in slow grown, outdoor wheat grass. Please read the bottom box of this page. antlerfarms.com/blogs/articles/antler-farms-new-zealand-wheat-grass
Please explain that to my tooth that had to be extracted, but once I increased my wheatgrass juice grown in trays, I no longer had to have it taken out…perfect after 5 years.
Ummmm I’m confused. You juice the new spouts so there isn’t much of a root system. If it has a large root system that isnt what you use for juicing. Please explain.
The root system does not make its way into our product. Just the parts above the soil. In nature, the purpose of the wheat plant is to produce grain once it has accumulated enough solar energy and nutrients to do so. Therefore, the nutrients in wheat grass reach their peak concentrations just before the jointing stage of the plant. Our wheat grass is harvested at exactly this time period to ensure that our products are at their maximum nutritional content.
@@AntlerFarms Thank you, that is why I was wondering how the root system could make any difference as stated in the video. I love wheatgrass, I drink it daily! 💕
Are we, as human, not supposed to digest grass? Shouldn't we have same type of stomach of cow in order to digest wheatgrass? Can you help me to understand that please? Because if we don't digest this thing, how are we going to get the benefits of the wheatgrass? Am I missing anything?
yeah look up the grand solar minimum stop thinking about the effects and learn this may be the only food available to you in a few years. massive global crop loss this year..........self reliance is key
We actually do have an intestine close to 10 times our body length just like cows do. Note that I am not saying that means we need the exact same diet, but don't be afraid of eating plants.
97% of Americans are fiber deficient. Why would you choose a plant beverage with the fiber deliberately removed? I suppose you can get more drink from less powder, but you would be better off blending another fiber source in if you went that route.
In any way is the best thing you can do for your body is natural health from mother nature is also good for your teeth and gum as well I take the same brand that is mashing you can buy it in any health food stores like Whole food or whatever health store near you
I have wheat grass and chlorella powder but was reading it should be fermented to break cell wall. Can you suggest how to ferment chlorella and wg powder?
Hi Yasmin, the fiber in wheat grass is not digestible but the chlorophyll, vitamins and minerals in the juice definitely are! As for chlorella, most chlorella powders are processed so that the thick cellulose walls are cracked. For instance, our New Zealand Super Greens contains chlorella that is cracked with pressure so it is digestible. antlerfarms.com/blogs/articles/antler-farms-new-zealand-super-greens
So if I grow my own wheat grass outdoors in a pot and then juice it with my juicer, would it have the same nutritional value as Antler Farms wheat grass powder? Also do you sell wheat grass seeds on the website?
I bought this product after your video and on the 2nd day, I noticed metal in my powder. Alot of what seems to be metal. So scary....people dont buy this drink..I wish I could post pictures
Briggite, what you noticed is static electricity that comes from the powder running through the processor; it builds a harmless electrical charge that will go away on its own. It is not metal! Keep it and you will see that the charge will dissipate on its own. If it was metal this would not dissipate at all.
What type of fasting do you do man? I'm doing 16/8 right now, so I try to have 30 mins before my first meal and depending what time I eat my second, either 2 hrs after or 30 mins before.
Great talk. Appreciate you talking about the difference between indoor and outdoor grown wheatgrass juice. The mold on the indoor wheatgrass gives it the bitter aftertaste, and can cause instantaneous headaches and nausea, hives and even anaphylactic reactions - but people are told they are detoxifying. Truth is you can't detox in seconds - that is a reaction. With outdoor grown wheatgrass juice, there is no mold and you don't those reactions or bad taste.
I just started Dr Berg’s powder. I started combining it with the amazing grass superfood. I drink them together. From everything I’ve read I’m doing this after I break my fast. I drink it after my first meal. Add some lemon and green tea extract, ginger, turmeric vitd3, and chlorophyll. They are all in liquid droppers. I’m going to do ACV separate with water during my fasting window.
Thomas.... Is it true that humans can't absorb the benefits found in wheat grass (chlorophyll) because, unlike the cow, humans don't have multiple stomaches?
This company waves the clean green New Zealand flag, but I doubt they're actually even operating here. I'm trying to ship just 1 bag of wheat grass to my home in Whangarei and it's going to cost me $112!!! It should be more like $10.
My issue is Berg says we lack the enzyme to break down wheat grass to absorb the nutrients. So go with juice. Is this true? Wheatgrass itself provides enzymes. I just don’t know what to believe. The trial and error is tedious and expensive. Ugh.
@@deborahmartin9672 I'm really glad that it helped you! I think the powder is not as good as the fresh juice in my personal experience but the powder is still an exceptional source of nutrition and healing compounds.

Example, in an kaleshake ( 1/2 teaspoons each, with a big handful of kale + some walnutoil + 1/2 teaspon of macarootpowder and tumericpowder + pink salt and lime/lemon juice + some icecubes and almond milk ), drink it with an meal and i like it a lot that way^^
And how it helped you??

You want juice powder. We’re drinking wheatgrass juice not eating the whole grass. We can’t digest grass. Right?
First, Thank you for explaining this so well. Just bought some wheat grass juice powder and it was explained in the yt video that juice powder is better than regular powder. Going to try this brand next as i do not care for the lemon with stevia flavor of the brand i have now. thanks again.
Ugh! It is soooo hard to find greens powders these days without the disgusting Stevia...
I hate that fake sugar taste 🤢 I won’t buy anything with artificial sweeteners EVER. I’d rather have it plain.

Ousman D Dr bergs wheatgrass is sitting in a jar for a year. Do you really think that is good? He is a salesman for his product, saying unnecessary things like "grown on an ancient sea bed" as if ancient helps in any way? That's a joke dude.
Q U A T T R O it means there are high amounts of trace minerals in the soil which end up in the powder
Probably have to talk to Dr Berg about this Thomas...
According to Berg, the bulk of this is just the grass chopped up.
Buying the wheat grass JUICE powder, means you're consuming JUST the nutrients. Not the grass. Extremely concentrated, which is what you want.

Southern Spotlight: Wheat Crop Staging
By James Banahan | November 6, 2013 (Updated July 21, 2015)
Amanda Fairley
Amanda Fairley
Two different scales exist to identify the stages of wheat: the Feekes Scale and the Zadoks Scale.
Header2
Feekes Stages
Feekes 1.0: Plants in this stage are newly emerged.

Just because something is grown outdoors doesn’t necessarily make it higher quality. Example: marijuana
It's not just that it is grown outdoors. It is grown outdoors over 100 days in fertile soil and under strong New Zealand sunlight for peak nutrient content. It's organic. It's processed within an hour of being cut. It has 4x the chlorophyll content of other wheatgrass.
"under strong New Zealand sunlight"
Why would New Zealand sunlight be any better than the sunlight in Australia or America?
Last I check, we all shared the same sunlight.
"It has 4x the chlorophyll content of other wheatgrass"
Where was the study done to prove this claim?
Also, when measuring, were you also measuring up against other wheatgrass competitor who were also at the top of the line quality or did you measure up against the lowest quality competitor to get that 4x claim?
There is a hole in the ozone layer in Antarctica. The sun's ultraviolet rays are especially strong in New Zealand because of this. The 4X chlorophyll is derived from the general cited chlorophyll content of tray grown wheat grass. Compared to Amazing Grass, a popular American organic outdoor grown wheat grass, our wheat grass has twice the amount of chlorophyll per gram.

Excellent video.
Thank you so much I really enjoy this video 🙏👍👍
And Dr Berg claims that the juice powder form is better, as it has very little or no fiber (indigestible) compared to the whole powder. Who is right?
Fibre is an essential requirement for your diet
dont eat wheatgrass...juice it
Cold pressing IS a form of juicing so you would be getting wheat juice powder not wheat grass powder

Just grow your own wheatgrass and juice it
But then he says that it's "cold-pressed into a powder" which means that it was juiced then powdered anyway omg smh...I'm pretty sure he was just reading script
The root depth argument is pretty debatable. Nonetheless soil/sun grown is always considerably better than artificial light and shallow tray
The argument is about wheatgrass being slow grown so that it has time to absorb and develop nutrients. Tray grown wheat grass is cut in a week or two, which results in a high sugar levels and low relative nutrient value. Ours is grown over 100 days so the nutrient value is superior.
Nutrients are from the seed and reaction with light. A little from soil. You can grow hydroponics and be healthy!
Also, I grow microgreens the same way and they are pretty powerful!

Hmmm process powder vs live harvest.Who is supplying seeds Monsanto?
Monstanto does not exist in New Zealand, thankfully. GMO's are banned in New Zealand.

Hi Yasmin, the fiber in wheat grass is not digestible but the chlorophyll, vitamins and minerals in the juice definitely are! Wheatgrass Juice does have fiber. Soluble fiber.
Just Google cellulose.
I thought wheatgrass juice powder was better bc the fiber from the wheatgrass makes you have less of the juice?
So if I grow my own wheat grass outdoors in a pot and then juice it with my juicer, would it have the same nutritional value as Antler Farms wheat grass powder? Also do you sell wheat grass seeds on the website?
Become a scientist and run your own experiment. You expect someone thats selling you a product to tell you that your product is better?
I bought this product after your video and on the 2nd day, I noticed metal in my powder.
Alot of what seems to be metal.
So scary....people dont buy this drink..I wish I could post pictures
Briggite, what you noticed is static electricity that comes from the powder running through the processor; it builds a harmless electrical charge that will go away on its own. It is not metal! I’m going to do ACV separate with water during my fasting window.

Wheatgrass grass and barley grass are they same?
As far as the oxygen, is HBOT therapy bad for you then? Please answer
Seems like the wheatgrass JUICE powder would be much better
Thomas.... Is it true that humans can't absorb the benefits found in wheat grass (chlorophyll) because, unlike the cow, humans don't have multiple stomaches?
Promoting Ur own I see but how much does yours cost as the whaetgrass I take works wonders in my body n isn't expensive
Sales pitch pure and simple.
Ugh.
Use wheat grass JUICE. The Wheat grass powder is inferior.
Certainly helped Ann Wigmore and me too!
@@deborahmartin9672 I'm really glad that it helped you! I think the powder is not as good as the fresh juice in my personal experience but the powder is still an exceptional source of nutrition and healing compounds.
Will it break a fast
