I’m obsessed with the plant story app! The deals on the live sales are crazy. I got yelled at tonight by my husband, my bid won and the guy called out my name and said congratulations. My husband was like not again!!! How much so did you spend now and blah blah blah Oooppps 😂😂😂
I got a variegated banana tree was only 2 inches tall and it died. Also got a variegated desert rose and all the branches were broken off and none of them propagated. Also a variegated frydec that looks like it has a fungal issue. They did give me a nice refund so that’s something.

Yikes. Their packaging I would be disappointed. Have you ever tried Steve’s Leaves? They have superb packaging and customer service. Restock is Fridays at 4 central time. Another good one is Gabriella’s plants and restock Wednesday’s at 8 eastern time. Both places have good sized plants for the container that they are in.
@@jaclynns.jungle prices has come down in both places from what it was a few years ago. The llano carti road syngonium at Steve’s Leaves was well over $100 then and now it is $14.99
I wish sellers would put ice packs in all packages with plants during the summer. It would decrease the anxiety that comes with buying plants between May and October in Arizona

I ordered a very huge melano, I didn’t understand why they use the longest shipping option - as soon as I realized it via email I then paid for “updated shipping “ which cost me another $25 so total of $40 shipping - it still was cheaper then buying one anywhere else BUT not by much so for me of it doesnt acclimate we’ll then I’ll prob skip grabbing something next time 😅
I went to one of the Ecuagenera locations a few months ago. Their Anthuriums were all in amazing condition. Philodendron and Monstera were well cared for and looked great for the most part. The hoya looked a bit neglected tbh, so I opted to buy an anthurium while I was there. I think the anthurium do better being shipped flat like that, which is probably why they do it. It doesn’t seem like hoya are in their wheelhouse as much. I hope all of your plants recover soon!
They're definitely not Hoya people, but I'm loving all the Philodendron varieties! Snagged a cute one today at the pop up! I'll send you a pic tomorrow ☺️
Ya I'd seen variegated Kerri but didn't kno bout silver one. I had got the one leaf reg wen I was starting out. Then seen video (prob urs lol) where talked bout how those dnt grow. 🤦♀️🤦♀️

I haven't tried them! Whenever I've looked at Gabriellas I think the prices are too high, but it's been a long time since I've looked

If you have any issues email their customer service department and they'll replace the plant! Take pictures of it when you get it!!

I’ve only gotten imports from their pop ups and I’m done with them. It’s not worth having to rehab these plants. At least not for me.
I just got a plant from a pop up today and it seems okay so far! My issue is more with how they ship them. It's pretty terrible 🙃
