Changi General Hospital, the wonderful hospital in Singapore that kept me alive and gave me so much care when I arrived on a long-haul flight from London last year with serious heart failure.
The hospital has still not been paid because the insurance company I used for my Hong Kong travel insurance, Blue Cross Insurance Ltd, refuse to pay.
