    I think the key to this challenge is not actually junk but low volume high calorie foods.
    Nuts, pesto, mayo and you're winning
    100 or so grams of each and you're getting 2.5-3000 cals😆
    You could have had that katsu curry you love for 1110?❤

      Exactly, bread is starchy and will fill up more of your stomach unlike peanuts, Milkshakes chocolate etc

      @@rx737 HOW is it a lie? Fibre enriched foods like peanuts protein do in fact keep you fuller for longer HOWEVER for a 10000 calorie challenge your main issue is the size of your stomach. Therefore foods that are higher in calories and weigh less are probably your best bet. From a nutritional standpoint if you are following a diet plan, a standard amount of calories such as 2000, you would be advised to follow the 1per 10 grams of fibre rule… I.E peanuts and protein
      IMPORTANT that a 24 hour period is not enough time to digest so much food, therefore the size of your stomach is the priority, not how full you feel from fibre enriched ((nutritionally good)) foods like peanuts and protein etc

    I feel like the way to do this challenge is snacks! Not actual meals. Doritos, nuts, lunch box chocolate bars, party nibbles. Light food that never fills you up but leaves you wanting more!!😂 Also TGI fridays! Their starters are like 1000kcals on their own some times!

I have a random question how was first direct arena in leeds I know you saw anne marie there I'm seeing mcfly in September at first direct.       Just as a person that lives in leeds, hope I can help too, the first direct is possibly my fave arena, because it’s smaller than Manchester for example there are no ‘bad’ seats in my opinion, you’ll always have a great view of the stage and as well cos it’s smaller the sound is always great, I’ve seen Ed Sheeran/Mumford and Sons there and they were both great ☺️

    Any Frappuccino that has ‘cream’ in the name eg strawberries and cream, cookies and cream, chocolate cream, vanilla cream, are all standard without coffee and without caffeine. Little help from a starbucks barista for anyone who’s unsure lol🥰

    Instead of polishing off all the most calorically dense foods, try eating bits of all the foods you're craving, ones that you normally deny yourself. You'd be amazed how quickly the calories add up. When you eat too much of 1 thing, I think the challenge becomes more difficult.
    That's why people tend to eat at a buffet. It's the variety that keeps people going back for more.

    I wish you'd have asked your viewers advice on what foods to eat to stack up the calories.
    You could have easily added a couple of thousand calories by drinking sugary drinks.
    I'm surprised you didn't add any other than the weetabix drinks and the McDonald's milkshake. There's so many more you could have had.
    You could have eaten a few chunks of cheese. Had cups of tea/coffee & added sugar. You can add cream instead of milk to coffee.
    I legit wish i made TH-cam videos like this because i so want to do it 😆 but noone would see it except me so i kinda don't want to eat 10k calories just for me 🤣

      Do it you should!!! See if you can haha!! Before I started I was so sure I was gonna be able to order a milkshake/more sugary drinks but I was SOOOO full and bloated I physically couldn’t haha - more drinks would’ve probably helped though!!

    I am almost certain that in the USA there are places that serve single meals that are over 10k calories on their own. Thinking "1 pound mac and cheese bacon burger with super sized fries and unlimited litres of coca-cola" followed up with some sort of bathtub-sized ice cream sundae and a milkshake?

    I think if I were to do this- I would drink a whole bunch of protein shakes with ice cream mixed in and lots of pb, but as a fellow emetaphobe, I commend you for doing this, I think I would burn off a lot of calories having panic attacks lol
