I live in Italy, and when I tell you Yoohyeon SMASHED her parts...ALL the words were pronounced perfectly, I was so impressed with her 😭

Yeah Dreamcatcher has toured in like 30+ countries, so they are familiar with the snacks unlike most groups on this variety program.
They did this challenge singing BOCA too. I'm brazilian and I can tell that JiU and Siyeon really did a good job speaking in portuguese. 🇧🇷😌💅🏽

As a Dutch speaker it's both funny and impressive to see them try to sing in Dutch, cause the text doesn't fit on the music at all. Also wonder who told them about the stroopwafel on hot beverage technique.
As a Brazilian they did so well!! It was coherent and the pronunciation was perfect! I lost my mind completely when I first watched that video haha
About the Portuguese: that was totally it, they did great! And you should definetly give them snacks if you meet them, Deukae LOVES food hahaha

Just in case, they watched the "Tadow" cover with SuA and Seungyeon during their first (test) TH-cam live. Dunno if they will put the cuts as they said the quality was bad during the streaming (they were not together and were doing facetime while watching it and reading/answering to the chat).

In the next edition of Transonglation, they split into the same teams, and SuA and Gahyeon had to sing in Vietnamese!
Yeah, that wasn't fair, lol, Vietnamese is so hard to read, with all those accents... but it was funny!
in the newest one they did Odd Eye in Spn, Portuguese and Indonesian.
Cheese can be overwhelming but then again, most foods in Korea are either spicy or just sweet. Even certain meat entrees are sweet lol
on their next transonglation challenge you'll notice them teasing Gahyeon because of this one she messed up twice on the dutch 😂

Brazilian guy here.. Siyeon/Jiu did amazingly well! You can definitely understand every word.

Dreamcatcher is the first girl group to have an actual big world tour :) they have visited many countries.

As other Somnies said, they appeared a second time in this segment during the "Boca" promotions but with two different languages. Unfortunately Handong was still missing. But at least, we can see again the love for food of our girls (thank you Happyface ent/Dreamcatcher company to give them this eating freedom).

The girls have been in this show also with Scream, Boca and Wind Blows. They can sing in any language even when in the spot. And with all of their various tours- Asia, Europe, Brazil/South America, North America/USA they have been to many counties thus have picked up on those other languages.

I really love Dutch! I think it's an interesting and beautiful language. I'm German so I found it quite easy to learn (they belong to the same language family) but I think that for others, especially Asians, it's quite hard to learn the pronunciation (e.g. the sound of 'oe', 'u', 'g').
And I agree! I need a cracker or bread to my cheese. A little square is also good but not such big chunks xD I don't know if it's the same in Korea but I'm half Filipina and on the Philippines I sometimes get the feeling that they're obsessed with cheese. You can find so much food with cheese flavour and commercials for 'extra cheesy' spaghetti sauce, cheese spread etc.
And I'm also really sad that I discovered Dreamcatcher after they've already been in Europe. I hope they'll visit again after we all survive this pandemic. I would love to see them live ♥️

I would never be able to sing in another language hearing/reading it for the first time. I wouldn't even know how to pronounce it correctly so I think they really did a great job

I'm brazilian and I have to say Jiu and Siyeon did soooo good in portuguese, I was very impressed!
when I first watched this I went NUTS bcs siyeon said she remembered stroopwafels and I gifted them stroopwafels at the OTS event (kinda like a fansign) in Amsterdam so I was like THEY REMEMBER (ofc idk if it was me that they remembered it from but still)
Siyeon and Jiu's portuguese pronunciation was awesome! I don't speak italian really well but Yoohyeon's part was really good to me
As a brazilian, I can say that JiU and Siyeon did a pretty great job with Portuguese. Our language is difficult to speak (and the grammar is... Wow... Impossible even for us brazilians lol) because the pronunce of the consonants.
Also, the brazilian soda that they are drinking is call Guaraná Antártica IS SO DAMN GOOD!
Plus: Siyeon saying "obrigada" in the end... OMG, my blood pressure just drops LOL

In both this and the Boca one, Sua and Gahyeon had the harder languages, Dutch and Vietnamese. All the other languages are latin based, Portuguese, Italian, Spanish. They did Portuguese both times and Siyeon and Jiu had it both times. Yoohyeon is great at languages and she and Dami had Italian and Spanish which I believe is fairly easy to read aloud without too many mistakes.
I can't blame Gahyeon with the cheese tho, I'd have done the same hehe, I loooove cheese lmao. Maybe thats why she's my bias lmao. This was so cute to watch aksdj
They’ve even been to belgium (brussel) and kpop groups usually never come to belgium and im sad i didnt go back then bc it was really cheap as well

Not many kpop groups have come to Italy, but they are indeed the very *first kpop girlgroup* to step in my country, and I still believe Dami and Yoohyeon are Italians in disguise because their accent was very on point
