Can we appreciate for a moment how SEVENTEEN's China Line is literally slaying this era??? Minghao practically sent every carat into cardiac arrest in the Hot MV, and now Junhui's straight up destroying what's left of our bias list with Limbo. Like srsly, they go home to China for a few months and now they've come back in a completely different league than they had been before they left, istg these two

I find it hilarious that EVERYONE’S reaction is the same “Jun??????? JUN?!?! Oh hell no!” Literally exactly what I said three seconds into the video.
I'm just proud of Jun for taking on this concept confidently. We all know the man has skills. He literally brought it - vocals, performance, visuals.
I also loved how this was literally dropped out of nowhere. Like we had like a few days to process a Jun solo was upon us.

On a serious note though, before any solos were released, I guessed jun would be the first one given his dedication for covering and releasing original songs (sadly he was not but was still excited). when I listened to this for the first time I felt two things, shocked and proud. I was shocked that he made a bold choice and chose this kind of style and genre given that he is known for his soft and ballad vocals. But for the most part I was super proud of him to the point I teared up while watching his video, seeing him step out his comfort zone and showing off his undiscovered side with pride, confidence, and dedication just send chills down my spine. 🥺💖
P.S. I sympathize with Caitlyn so bad 😭 after watching the MV I quickly realize he will not get a chance to promote this on stage and it is so sad and frustrating at the same time. This doesn't feel like a debut but instead a comeback 🤧

In the past, i remember Jun casually releasing his short song called Fall in Love while they're still in vlive. I would say his single releasing despite his busy schedule is a classic Jun move to do and Carats are always happy, proud, and thankful to all he does for us 💕

just a recommendation for later (u can react anytime no rush) jun & minghao have a song together called my i & it has INSANE choreography, my favorite choreography like ever fr, also bittersweet by mingyu & wonwoo which u mentioned in the video, hoshi & woozi also have a duet but there’s not a music video but it has really cool choreography as well, and jeonghan & joshua have a duet together as well with no music video but it’s called falling for u and it’s really pretty :D but specifically i would LOVE a my i reaction some time bc that was actually the song that got me into seventeen, but no rush :))

PS also if you haven't seen the video where they do little live performances in their units in one room? IDK I will have to look this up... but um.... performance unit sounded like the vocal unit. And Jun really had a great part in it, although they stuck him in falsetto land a bit, we did get to hear his range and him really sing a bit as well. But what you were saying about all units really being able to still do decently well the elements of the other units is so true because the are ALL dancers, they ALL sing, rap idk but I've heard most of them rap fairly well so .... just...

Not sure why this isn't part of the Mix Tape. At the rate they are going we will not get through all of their solos. They are all going to put out a solo song. So far we only have Hoshi and Woozi as actual "Mix Tape" releases. The 8's Side by Side would have been a great option and the timing was spot on. Obviously, he couldn't promote while still touring. These men just have so much talent to share with the world that they can just randomly throw out gems like this?! (Also, Jun in person is something you cannot look away from!)

I saw a clip of this video on ktwt and had to come see it. Man, something that's so fun about Seventeen, and especially Jun imo, is the range we get to see. Silent Boarding Gate and Crow, from Jun's single, are two of my favorite songs even outside of caratdom or even k/cpop. So when Limbo dropped it was like being thrown across a room in terms of expectations, in the best way. SVT will always keep us on our toes, that's for sure. Thank you so much for checking out Limbo

I think it's really interesting how this is completely Jun's own thing, yet there are elements from Woozi's 'Ruby' and Hoshi's 'Spider' that I recognize in it, not just musicwise but also sections of the video and even the font used for those 3 solo songs? Or I could just be going insane lol. Either way, it reminds of Seventeen as whole, the way they're all wonderfully talented and unique yet they are somehow interwoven and have such an impact on eachother
