I don't know wth was happening in the world dance practice but I enjoyed everything
I think, if i remember correctly, the choreographer instructed them to give a smile like they were literally laughing during world to convey the vibe of the song. Aaaand they just made a meme out of it and fake laughed and went HYPER through the whole thing just for shits and giggles. A good ole regular day in the life of seventeen i suppose. lol.
true i'm also pretty sure that dino was laughing because he found the situation really fun and he found the other members doing their own thing really funny. him laughing made everyone else laugh 😭😭
something abt svt that will never change is the beauty in their choreo, the energy, their efforts; everything is just so perfect abt them. best sync group !
a carat asked jeonghan how they practiced for don quixote and jeonghan said they practiced it for 3 days while going back and forth to korea whenever they had time to practice !! svt are seriously incredible
Ever since Don Quixote came out, I’ve always thought it had choreo potential so when I saw SVT was preforming it at the GDA, I screamed internally 😩💗
Also the trust fall part of “Dream” choreo actually came from their interview at ‘Glamour’ where the members did Friendship Tests and ofc SVT got really chaotic with it which ended up with The8 saying that the game could be made into a choreo!

Im a baby carat and don quixote has an INSANE clutch on me like can we just talk about wonu's part??? And the formations are so flawless.. i love them sm already i can't wait to discover more about them
Actually 14:45 in this part every unit together like the hip-hop unit is in the left walking and the vocal unit in the right and the performance unit in the middle I just wanted you to know that
Mingyu is not even my bias but that long hair in the Don Quixote Dance Performance got me. Love the reaction and the dance practices themselves.
honestly seventeen (mostly dino) laughing throught the whole of the world choreo is the reason its one of my comfort videos, i'm pretty sure dino was laughing literally just because he was happy and was having fun and because everyone was doing their own little things on the side, dino's laugh made everyone else crack up too 😭😭
also i know the staff asked them to be more cheerful to fit the song but i'm pretty sure dino's constantly laughs were boosting everyone else's energy anyway

For the World dance practice, SVT were told to show more emotions (happiness, cheerfulness, etc) so that's why they were overdoing it in this practice video.

I remember the first time I watched the WORLD dance practice video, I couldn't focus because of the contrast of Woozi's pale legs and the black outfit.

Don quixote choreo was made during the times they land in s.korea while in tour (they practice like 2-3 hrs maybe, then go to the airport,,) and the formation was intentional, I saw an interview with some of the staffs or something of golden disk thanking SEVENTEEN for their passion and dedication even with a lot of things going on with them they still prepared a lot for the award show ❣️

The choreo for Don Quixote is INSANE! I've been waiting for them to perform it somewhere ever since Face The Sun album came out. When I finally saw them performing it in GDA, i was in AWE.
the way they start with that V formation combining them+dancers. Genius! They never fail to amaze us!
And yes,you are right. They prepared for in this in the middle of their tour. If i remember correctly, they only had 2 days to prepare!

Fun fact Scoups’ trust fall in Dream was actually from Seventeen’s Glamour video about friendship test and instead of doing the trust fall normally they tossed around DK like a tornado :)) (exactly like what they did to Scoups in the choreo) Carats joked around that SVT would soon insert this in their choreo cos they’ve done something like that in the past as well and here we are lol
