Jett. Thanks for all the good content. I'd like to ask you to make a vid about the new tax laws for foreigners. Is there a way to live there, say, with the Elite Card, and not pay those new crazy income taxes?

This is one of the most well done property video I have ever seen . This video Show the right thing what property customers want to see that is feel , location , neighborhood , view . Hate those property videos of the agent showing each cupboard, each drawer, each electrical item, each cloth hanger. Really good English , perfect pronunciations , very good and smooth camera move , lightning , editing . Feels like Hollywood grade production . Good job!
Greetings Jett Gunther, what an excellent presentation of elite condors in The Kingdom of Thailand. Surely something with deep pockets will or have reached out to you in order to make arrangements to purchase or tour that gym of a condo. I am enjoying the tours of luxury condominiums. Thanks for sharing and I look forward to your next episode.
Internal and external lighting and exposure is 11 out of 10. DJI footage has great dynamic range and great contrast which i have not seen before. If anyone is looking for someone to increase the probability of potential sales of high end condos and product, look no further! You nailed it. I've to mentioned that this also felt like a very soothing viewing. I'm not sure if that makes sense to anyone. The bar is still stays high with your work. Great work!
I stayed at the Mandarin a few times in Vegas and it was luxurious. I remember the halls were scented with their own custom aroma along with relaxing resort music. You'd need a net worth of at least quadruple the asking price on this unit to afford it.
Nice one Jett 👍. This is an amazing building connected with Icon Siam. I have seen it several times on my trips there. Do you know if many of the condos are actually vacant? I have in the past seen them for sale looking like they are vacant and never lived in. Possibly been bought by investors (possible Chinese) and not even rented out.
I’m not an expert on this particular building, but I think there are a few investors who are just sitting on it without using it and depreciating it, waiting for the right time to sell.
I think usually there is no option to waive the parking spot. However, some condos do allow you to rent them out, but it depends on the condo. Some don’t like to have outsiders come in and out.
So I saw that someone else brought this to your attention but showing these super expensive condos that very. few or no foreigner is ever going to buy is getting a bit silly. I’m married to a thai woman and we would like to buy a condo in Bangkok as a second home so we can spend 2 to 3 months a year in Thailand and maybe move there full time once we are retired. I hope you will do that, and describe the various parts of Bangkok, which you would recommend for foreigners to invest at a more modest level.
There are already plenty of other channels out there that show budget condos. No one else consistently shows the best condos Bangkok has to offer and I'm proud to differentiate and be the leader in this area. That being said, we work with all budget levels. All you need to do is tell us your specific requirements jettgunther.com and we can provide personalized suggestions based on what fits your budget and needs.

What if someone doesn't need the parking spaces for Bangkok condos. Can you purchase without parking? is there a market to rent them out?

4.4 million usd? Can foreigners own it outright or is it freehold? Or Good luck with that.
Yes it’s freehold
Very nice condo, however it’s just about $4 million above my price range

Since a foreigner cannot get a loan in Thailand, do they really expect to get $4 million CASH for that place? YIKES!
