Great review as always. You are so positive. Not a “shill” , “ not a “is what it is” guy . Your attitude of “we can make this work” is inspiring. Falcon is one of my most favorite characters. I am bummed about the head sculpt but I’ll make something work too.
Good review. I can see your positive points and to be honest, your version is one of the better paint apps I have seen of this figure to date. Galactic Larry has the worst and it's extremely bad. The issue with the head sculpt isn't so much how "bad" it is. It's how reliant it is on the accuracy of the paint app. Some head sculpts are forgiving if the eyes or lips are slightly off center or are heavy and bright in color. For example, Galactic Larry's version the eyes are printed too high up and begin to apply on his upper brow ridge, which causes the figure to look "derpy" if you look at it or shoot it from a lower camera angle. Additionally, I am perplexed that Hasbro chose to manufacture a new beret when they had three to choose from to repaint. I saw someone repaint a Flint beret and it fit perfectly and made his head look "normal" in size. I think the beret Falcon comes with is far too large and makes his already oversized head, that much larger. With all that said, I still have my pre-order with Hasbro and I will have him regardless.
I also have the whole wave in hand and have no clue where this awful pics came from, maybe those figures were prototypes or had QC issues or maybe is just reviewers doing things to figure to get more hits. I own three Falcon figures cause I like the figure so much and as D said the man has seen some shit and been through some shit so I love the gritty look he has. D great review.

I'm just starting to look into the Classified GI Joe toys. When you said this guy was shot through the jaw, I was not expecting that lol! I remember the 80s cartoon, nobody got really hurt or killed graphically. Everyone either just fell to the ground or got hit by debris. I guess I gotta read the comics to get the real violence of GI Joe🤣🤣🤣
Great video’s! The shotgun is a Spas-12 it’s Italian and if im correct was a swat weapon in the ‘80’s and 90’s. And is also know from movies as the Terminator and Jurassic Park “clever girl raptor scene”

Bro this was the best Falcon review I’ve seen and now I def need him .. he’s a good figure and depiction of falcon he did have a tank ass head and other utubers just tried their best to make him seem inferior and he’s a good looking joe for my collection and I’m glad he’s different because we can’t have them all looking the same
Great review. The figure looks nice, but I just can't get out of my head that his face looks like he had plastic surgery 😅. Also as a side note I love that custom cloth cape for moon kinght. That's what I need for my figure.
He looks great but I'm not to big on how his face looks. But I'm definitely buying falcon. I storm shadow, spirit and cobra commander so far. I have 3 classified figures

He's been a hard "no" for me, but hearing about the story-arc is making me rethink him. His hands seem HUGE though when you did the comparison. Dunno if it's your camera, bc Recondo looked like his hands were huge too and I don't remember my fig having "ham hands". He still looks nothing like the GIJ Movie Falcon, as far as face sculpt.
With that other clown talking so much shit about this review I had to come see the figure “in hand” to see how that head looks, meh I’ve seen way worse on legends, I’m not doing many of the joes, been cherry picking them and sticking to cobra. I don't get why everyone rags on this head sculpt. I think it's a fine head sculpt.... for Flint. It feels way more like Flint than Falcon, and if I'm being honest the head on the Flint figure feels more like Falcon. Only issues I have with this figure are the boots, he should just have normal combat boots like Stalker, and his Shotgun. Again, his Shotgun feels more like the Shotgun Flint should have and Covergirl has the Shotgun Falcon should have. Once I get mine, I plan on swapping some parts around to get a proper Falcon.
Because he's too old. Falcon is a 1st Lieutenant and 1st Lieutenants are generally in their mid 20's. Guys in spec ops units are usually in their mid 20's - early 30's even if you want to skew the JOEs being a little older because they had previous experience in other units prior to joining the JOE team Falcon would still appear to be too old. Certain JOEs ranks are synonymous with their age, (i.e. Gen Hawk, Adm. Keel-Haul, Col. Courage, Capt. Gridiron, Mr. Flint, [who's a chief warrant officer. Lt. Stone, Warrant Officer fun fact. Warrant Officers are addressed as Mr. or Ms. Since Flint is a chief warrant officer, informally he maybe addressed as "chief," but forgive my digression,] and of course there's Sgts. Stalker, Slaughter, and Savage.) Dusty appears to be about 25 and he and Falcon should look like their in the same age. If you go to this thread on _HISS Tank_, _DarthBrett_ used photoshop to remove Falcon's frown lines and the pink from his lips. I'm pretty lenient with mass produced stuff. Most brands and stuff. But this sculpt is so bad. If i was the head of Customer Support i'd order a new sculpt to be shipped to every client who bought one. I think they tried to go with the harsh/rigid man face but they missed it, specially with the weird choices for the paint apps. The Liz Taylor eyes and that Jack Nicholson Joker mouth. It's off-putting, specially when they've been getting great face sculpts for the whole line for awhile now. Anyway, life goes on. Next waves are going to be batshit crazy

I mod sgt slaughter boots to fit on falcon legs looks great with those combat boots
