Well I used to not eat much but exercise and I gained weight for the past two weeks I’ve been eating a lot more + more exercise too and getting full 2-3 times a day I lost weight and my body is more toned! and btw have a glass of water after every meal to know if your hunger is fake if you’re full after water it was fake. Anyways after eating more and exercising too it made me feel better and look better, when I say I didn’t eat much I never was hungry I ate a waffle in the morning, sandwhich and crips, some water, dinner and coffee and biscuit. But sometimes I had more and sometimes less. Please I encourage you if you don’t like food to go out to shop with a positive attitude and look for new fun foods to try, I had a fun attitude and my god I think I found my favourite snack

It wasn't malnutrition, and doing hard labour doesn't make a difference. We have grown up in an environment where 4 massive conglomerates do scientific research to make food more addictive.
I burn 1200 calories a day metabolism was tested based on how long it took to lose weight the test is accurate. 20k steps and 1200 to lose 1.7 stone courtesy of thin build and very short ill always count calories even at nine stone 1200 was all I needed.
As a big dude who reads the labels, I can confirm not reading them is the way to go 😆
