Judge Caprio is a natural treasure. This man is 87 years old and fighting cancer right now, I pray that he defeats and and keeps on living many more years. Bless this man for always giving everyone the benefit of the doubt and trying to give people a chance to right their wrongs when they show him they are good people with a good heart just like Judge Caprio himself.

That Judge was one of the most patient and understanding men I've ever seen. He knows that hussling in a pizza delivery job, living off tips is a tough trade and gave the young man a break. Very heartwarming!

As a pizza delivery guy named Jon I can relate to this dude, I've run a few red lights myself.
Thankful to see the judge acting like a decent human being and realizing that people just make some mistakes sometimes, it's obvious to see the delivery drivers got no ill intentions at all.

this particular judge is often has humorous clips and gives as many opportunity for them to reduce the sentence. definitely the kind of judge that its better to be as honest and doesn't pull any bullshit move

This warms my heart. Working class individual and a true class act. The judge realizes early on, this is a good kid.

I drove for 4 years for a private delivery company and I'd often see my co-workers absolutely screaming through downtown not even considering traffic lights or stop signs. Every single day at the office there'd be a couple people complaining that they got tickets.
I never got a ticket, why waste a day's pay on a ticket? Why get in an accident or run someone over for a tip?

@@averagerider92 each time he went through a red light there wasn't any traffic coming through. I'm not saying he should run a red light, but it looks like he took into consideration if there was any traffic coming when he ran them.

This judge has to be one of the coolest, most laid back, understanding guys ever. And he has a big, big heart of gold.
What compassionate judge and that kid is a lovely human being who deserves every break.
This judge is just such an awesome guy because he sees the person and he has compassion. He will have a special place upstairs.

I've watched quite a few of his judgings. He's fair i say that.
I would say he does judge. but he judges righteously with right judgment. in each case there was no other vehicle even moving in or near the intersection. we've all probaly blown a yellow/red light or two.
This is the kind of judge we need. Also the pizza delivery guy was cool too. Never once showed anything but the utmost respect to the judge.

Its a nice image for people watching , thinking that all judges look and act similarly...The real problem is the higher the hierarchy in this club the more corrupt and problematic people you find. Resulting in a mess in society that we see today.

What you expected him to lock him up for passing a red light? I don't think thats a good idea. Most of the people that pass red lights is because it turned red right before they were about to pass, they're in a rush and it's low traffic. I think there's alot of serious crimes to worry about. This isn't one of them.

Really, half of my deliveries are almost "freebies" because of all that. Seriously! Tip your delivery drivers! We're only in it for the money, and when the money stops coming, so do we!
@@wozing I dunno dude, I come from a country where tipping is not the norm and it seems weird as hell to me how America works. Tipping isn't expected or required because all staff, from bar tenders to delivery drivers, are paid a decent minimum wage so they aren't reliant on the generosity of strangers to live. My personal opinion is that if the owner can't afford to pay their staff a decent wage, they shouldn't be in business as it's clearly not profitable. If they can afford to and choose not to, they're scum bags and don't deserve your custom. Either way it's the business owner's responsibility to ensure the staff are paid a fair wage for a fair day's work.

As someone who delivered pizza for years myself this was heartwarming. Delivery people don't make much but he was willing to offer everything to pay off his fines. Guy seemed really cool and I'm honestly happy to see him get a break.

This judge is Just! Everytime he's fair and empathetic.
Thing is, despite his "cool" attitude, he was actually very respectful, he didn't try to make out that it wasn't a big deal or it wasn't his fault etc. His friendly demeanor definitely helped him.
When he added "and to make more deliveries, get more money" he got my respect
hard to do that when you are on video running three red lights....what about the people he will eventually hit when he is delivering his pizzas...i wonder what if any insurance he has.

There's a few things I'm not: I'm not a cat.
Unfortunately he will probably be seen as a bad judge, the 'good' ones are those who try everything they can to ruin your life without ever trying to know you or understand then somehow be able to sleep at night
That's it, they need to be tough enough, I'm glad he didn't just throw out the punishment, but helped him with it & asked him just a couple personal q's & jokes, but not excessively strict for small crimes

I delivered pizza for a few years. Its not that hard to obey traffic laws and still make decent delivery times. Theres a reason i haven't had a ticket since 2017.
