King Tut was one of the villians who really knew who Batman was. It was debated how this scene was shot/filmed with Bruce and Batman in the same frame.
Actually King Tut called it twice. The 2nd time he was konked on the head before he could reveal the secret and reverted to his other side; William Omaha McElroy professor of Egyptology at Yale University.
It's no secret that even Adam West didn't like SEASON 3. But I have to admit I really liked this episode. If I am having a 60s Day, this episode might go into my DVD player.
The Batman behind the wheel was a lookalike dummy that's kept in a storage area in the Bat cave. The Batmobile was set on automatic by Bruce Wayne to drive it self. It's kind of neat how King Tut knows that Bruce Wayne is really Batman. But Bruce always out smarts him. Even Egg head knew Bruce's true identity, but could never prove it either.

Cracks me up when multiple characters refer to Bruce Wayne as a playboy. I know his crime fighting took precedence, but he was rarely shown out on the town. The only person he hung out with was Dick Greyson.
Lisa Carson from Tut's episodes before this was one; complete with "milk and cookies" innuendo, as well as when Catwoman posed as Miss Kitka. Coincidentally, both women were played by Lee Meriwether.
This show's Barbara at least uses the wig to add more differences. And her face is practically all covered. But for Bruce and especially Clark, I think the Martian Manhunter is always behind their backs telepathically making everybody not think about this.

Egghead had kidnapped Bruce, Dick, Peter Savage and Tim Tyler; preventing them from going to a special ceremony to renew the lease on Gotham City. But even if the machine worked and Egghead was proven right, Bruce's mind would be completely blank; but not reversible like Lord Ffogg's device.

Sadly it was plus the budget looked tighter, ie when they lead the mice to Gotham River.
It doesn't help Bruce's case that he moves and speaks exactly like Batman does.
