How do you have so few views/subscribers? For your first YT video, this was at least as good, if not better than almost every other review I have seen on the platform. (Like I do for any book that I loved as much as this one, I have watched literally every single review/analysis that I could find. In this case I watched at least 10 other videos.)
I think part of it is that you read the book multiple times thus know it more intimately. (Are you/were you directly involved behind the scenes? If you were, thank you for helping create some of the best books I have ever read. If not, still thank you for the insightful review...and *congratulations* on your signed copy! One of the themes of the book is the value we impart to things because of the memories they invoke. Not only the value we give to art itself, but also the value of item like a large stuffed dragon won in a carnival game (because of the memories they invoke.) At one point Hoid even suggests that since the memories themselves help to make us who we are, they are intrinsically exceedingly valuable themselves. (Not that I'd expect you to *ever* part with your signed copy 😉.)
Edit: About the ending, while I normally do not like cheap Hollywood tacked-on happy endings, I think this "happy ending," while superficially following that "tacked on" format so blatantly that it borders on satire, is actually earned and proper. Since the crux of Yumi's character arc is for her to make her own choices and actually live for herself. It would almost be a regression of her character if she were to still sacrifice her life back in servitude (even if she did it not because she was told to but because she wanted to save her new friends and love.) By finally making a "selfish" decision and deciding to use her powers to, well, live, she is taking the final step in realizing her (long overdue) free will. Furthermore, this was even foreshadowed with the TV series drama first ending on a sad ending but then returning a week later with the tacked-on "happy" ending. It is even emotionally satisfying given the whole "our world/our rules" repeated phrasing. I suppose I understand if one feels cheated that Sanderson was blatantly trying to *both* end on a happy and sad note. A contradiction as impossible as it was abrupt. But again, this appears to be by design. (And finally, the "fakeout" death to miraculous resurrection is so common in Japanese manga/anime that I believe this was an homage to the trope.)

Words of Radiance is hard to top. Haha So many epic moments. This is probably my favorite standalone Cosmere work, though I'd have to go back and reread Tress to be sure. Great first booktube review!
