May i ask, my dewdrop diffuser does not have mist non evaporate the water but when i checked the water does have bubbling. Itz counted spoilt? Or is there any way i can repair it? Thank u
I'm in Mexico City and here there is no way no get the replacement parts (if necessary) to repair the YL diffusers here. My Dew drop makes a loud noise upon startup, after 2 minutes it subsides...is there a way to repair the diffuser myself? I'm handy enough.

@@catharinequirimit4667 Hi if you need the ultrasonic ceramic disc, there are sellers in Lazada Ph. You better check that out and choose 16mm size. It'll take 7days to deliver and costs 200pesos -250 for 5 discs. The discs doesnt have that remover instead I used my finger and scissors to tighten it up. Its easy, i got mine fixed in less than a minute. 😊
With a bad fan, the diffuser will usually turn on but it will be noisy, or it will not blow at all. Bad disc, you will get a flash of light and the diffuser won;t turn on at all.
my dew drop turns on and lights on fine.. no loud noise.. but it’s not misting.. what to do???

Thanks! I forgot to mention that the diffuser turns off with water still left in the tank. What other repair would It need?

My mist comes out but for some reason doesn’t come out of the top
