Man I got into a bad motorcycle accident on my Yamaha wr250r. Someone turned left into a business and I got thrown 25 feet in the air landed on my back, fractured 3 ribs, fractured my back, and all these videos make me feel the impact again, when I see the driver go down. It's never your fault but always be prepared to go down. I was a fool for not having my back gear on, I had all the other gear except the back plate. I will never ride without it,I had rib, shoulder, knee, boots, arm gear.
you need to start riding with Helite vest on, automatic inflate vest, they actually save your bones from breaking, all the motoGP guys have it integrated in their suites now. cheers and stay safe brother.

Thats the issue. Whatever happens - you're at fault. Thats the issue with the UK laws. The pedestrian could be blindfolded, doing her shopping and cartwheeling at the time, but regardless, they have priority/right of way/whatever and they are God. Grrrrr.

7:59 here we can see the biker getting mad at the woman for crossing the road, now Highway Code here in the UK states that if a pedestrian has started crossing a road they automatically have right-of-way. She started crossing the road before the biker enter the road she was on, she has right-of-way. But she didn’t even check both sides before crossing so there is that.

@@chrisjlocke if it's unavoidable and the pedestrian is at fault, the biker/car driver shouldn't be prosecuted. if you have crossed a give way line and someone is clearly in the road then you don't have the right to hit them. If I'd have hit the woman in the video I was telling you about I'd be at fault cos I was going slow enough. If I was going the speed limit and had no time to get out the way and not hit her, then it's her fault for stepping out.
Thats the issue. Whatever happens - you're at fault. Thats the issue with the UK laws. The pedestrian could be blindfolded, doing her shopping and cartwheeling at the time, but regardless, they have priority/right of way/whatever and they are God. Grrrrr.
