I love journaling for many reasons. This ens a great way to journal as well. I tend to lean on just writing text, however, I love the artistic approach to these Flip Journals. The more one interacts with the process the more one will gain benefits.

Thank you Jennifer. I usually write about my day or use the journal prompts that I release on Patreon each month as inspiration for my writing. I’m afraid I don’t have a tutorial of the zentangle as it’s something I worked on over a few evenings sat on the settee 🤗💕
