Hey Mridul.
I am an Ayurvedic Doctor, therefore i would like to suggest you that don't mix triphala powder with water, triphala powder loses its potency. Instead you can gulp 1 tsp of triphala with lukewarm water ( both separately). This will help to clean your gut. For various diseases like diabetes and cholesterol triphala is taken with different items ( we call it anupan ex - honey, milk , buttermilk)
For diabetes what do we mix with Triphala powder?

Don't avoid potato in boiled form, it's low in calories and gives satiety(keeps you full), avoid sev it's deep fried and fairly high in calories even in less amount

I'd recommend you to try hijama/cupping for your face/skin. It has alottt of benefits. You have dry cupping and as well as wet cupping, if you have time like 10-12 days, you can go with wet cupping which would leave marks depending upon the impurities you have in your body. I personally get cupping and have seen a big difference. Thought it would be helpful for you! :❤

Triphala powder can also be used to brush our teeth. Its good for health and digestion However be careful as it increases heat in our body so a few times in a week should be good people 😁
