All wild horses at risk some herds only have 10😢 God bless us all ❤
When i was back there 13yrs ago, i w was very upset when i seen the herd from Virginia City and how bad they looked, because developers bought their grazing grounds. I miss following the herds. Ty for sharing.
Thanks so much for your comment. I too enjoy following all the beautiful bands of horses that cover the Virginia Range!

I bet skydog. Would take one or two of them.
Please say hi to skydog for us and forward this video to any potential adopters you may know... Thanks!
They are so beautiful ❤️. Thank you for sharing with us. Have you seen Andy and his herd at all?
@@LaceyR_FreeEricBrandt yes I have how are thay doing
Have not seen Andy lately. These horses do tend to migrate back and forth. It can be hit and miss when we head out in the canyon but it's always an adventure!
@@user-mf7zy7bq6v - Thank you 👍
Why could they not just release them where these horses are? Is there not enough land for them? Our horses are being treated horrendously and it makes no sense.
Regretfully, once incarcerated, the N.D.A. and the B.L.M. will not release the horses back to anywhere on the range.
They make and enforce the rules, no matter how unfair they are.
Best option is adoption...
I love horses and have owned and ridden them my whole life but recognize the fact that they need to be managed appropriately. They are an introduced species that, if left unmanaged, will destroy their habitat to their own destruction and that of the other animals. We should not let their appeal distort common sense .
There are no foals😢
Thanks Kathy and yes, no foals. All of these females in this video have been darted for birth control. It's a shame but necessary to control the overall population. There are still a few females who reproduce and I try to bring to the viewers as many of the pretty little foals as we are able to find and safely fly.
Thanks for watching a stay tuned!!! We just discovered a sweet little early Spring Pinto Filly that is going to steal your heart!
COMING SOON!
Management needs to fence wildlife land land in half with resources and not sell public lands and stop stealing farms and ranchers lands
