I really like this man, he seems to be a thoughtful sensitive soul, a great custodian for these wonderful things.
Lenny Kravitz is more than a great musician, but a thoughtful empathetic artist. I don’t know how it’s possible, but I have gained more respect for this wonderful man after watching this video.

When I was younger I had a couple of relationships with musicians. It's a real job if you tour. Exhausting. Nobody cares about your jet lag. Nobody care that your plane was late and haven't eaten. Nobody cares that you got in late and you had to get up for sound check and you would love more sleep. They paid for a ticket and want you to rock!
Now when it involves eating junk food and lying in bed 23 hours a day. You'll look horrible after a year or two

I knew Lenny Kravitz and I are kindred spirits! I met Mr. James Brown in the late 90s at private party at the House of Blues in NOLA. He was so genuine and kind! I thought I was going to die being in the presence of such great talent! I definitely can see Mr. Browns influence in Lenny's music! Both are full of heart and SOUL! 😁

Feb 4, 1990 was my first exposure to Lenny. That night he opened for Tom Petty ( Full Moon Fever tour) at Patriot Center in Fairfax, Va. I was immediately blown away, impressed and awestruck. I've seen Lenny numerous times since that night, this however was one of the most magical live music events for me. I was not expecting to see an unknown musician to move me like he did.
