Should be fine. Most drains are tested now a days at a higher PSI than 20-30.

So there is a guy on the other side of the wall that plunged the drain of the toilet. When this guy fires the air plunger, the guy on the other side of the wall releases the plug and the toilet drains beautifully. That is a great make shift design toilet to do a demonstration.
