The problem I see is that some spouses are so centered outward towards ministry that they neglect relationships at home and practical responsibilities. It's often very hard for a person obsessed with looking outward to devote their best efforts and energies towards something as "mundane" as family responsibilities.

"practical responsibilities" sounds like a lazy wife who wants to emasculate and feminize her husband because she is too lazy to support him..... to many pastors wife's use this to sit on facebook all day while their husband does everything at home as well....
What I I've noticed recently how important it is for a Wife to trust/respect her husband, and a husband to Love his Wife! It says in 1peter,3:6 even as Sarah obeyed Abraham, calling him lord: I was reading this today and I thought wow she must have had a lot of respect for him, to call him lord

Hello Debbie, if someone's husband is involved in on going drug abuse, secrets, and ignoring all responsibilities, it would seem to point to a deeper root problem of them not truly being a Christian. So what they would need is the Gospel and teaching on true conversion in the hopes that they would see their real need, and find rest in Christ.
So if 2 people got married in church at a young age and it was not for love but for beneficial reasons will it be okay if they get divorced asking for a friend
Not me im not going to get married for money but a friend she got married when she was young and well you know biblicaly its bad to get divorced so its not cool at all 1 shouldn't be with someone who didn't know what they where doing
They need to see a biblical counselor. Are they truly born again Christians? They need help from the outside. But they also need the truth in light of the bible! God bless them! I pray they work it out. God can still change their hearts.
Sorry but I feel like that wouldn't be the right thing to do. If she feels like she shouldn't be in the relationship they should just quit wasting each others time and be forced to be happy.

If they are Christians, Jesus made it real clear in Matthew 19:1-9 that unless there is unfaithfulness, if you divorce and then remarry you commit adultery. Unless they plan on living single for the rest of their life they should seek counsel. God has a way of turning what seem to be rubbish into jewels.
