Adding shaggy layers to your hair perfect and tames your frizziness at the same time. Avoid too many short layers to prevent puffiness. Also front hair cutting into side swept bangs will frame your face which suites for long hair

If you have thin and longer hair there is not much you can do with your hair in terms of hairstyle.
Recommending a nice mid length hair cut that is below your shoulders and keep the cut straight it gives you a modern look and also your hair looks voluminous, But if you don’t want to cut the length of your hair much then having some layers cut strategically to frame your face would be a great option.
For long hair wispy bangs suits well along with some stylings like waves or beach waves

Hello there..! In your case definitely without analysing hair texture and hair type it's difficult to suggest anything, however as you mentioned you have medium curly hair with porosity &low density would suggest you to go with only bottom layers.
