any reason you don't use filter sock or floss/fleece?

@mohammadgerami8311 don't need them as the system is in a nice balance, water is clear, skimmer pulls out organics, whatever detritus builds up in the sump get removed during waterchanges, plus loads of pods in there.
Another reason for choosing to run my system this way is to allow the corals access to the finer food particles floating in the water.
I tried it without filters, and nutrients have not been affected 😊

Moved to Oceamo Duo with Regulator A & B. Ati essentials is a brilliant product, I just liked the fact Oceamo covers the trace elements in one bottle and amino acids plus carbon dosing in another. Uses all 4 channels of my doser 😆 🤣
