    Don't drink caffeine guys! You can get 1-2 cups of coffee per day. Avoid coffee after 5 pm as it affects your circadian rhythm ( sleep -wake cycle which determines when you get sleepy) Also no more than 200mg per day intake of caffeine. Caffeine is a stimulant it increases your BP and the load on your heart. Plus if the person don't take ORS or any rehydration drink during heavy workout he/she loses Na+ and K+ leading to arrythmias ( irregular heart rhythm leading to heart attack). Also don't do crash diet and vegan diets. Your body needs some parameters to be maintained. I've been lifting since 2014 and go to gym with ORS everyday. Don't do ego lifting, one vertebra disc bulge and you will be bedridden for months. Keep the grind on! - (PS : I'm a cardiologist)

      Agar Sir if I take 1/2 of a scoop from a good Brand like lamboda or GNC before work out and 1 hr after a good light breakfast then will it be any issue. I started just a very good Workout I did only feeling bit like light beaded ness. My BP and Heart rate I checked it is all nice range. I take telsar 20 regularly minor dose BP 115/75. Only today after heavy workout feeling tired.

    A proper warmup before workout is the only good Pre-workout we need.
    Minimum 20 minutes should be given to warmup to activate central nervous system.

    I took preworkout Dr choice pro x 5 today. This was my first time. I don't usually take preworkout and I am very energetic and I can exercise for a longer duration compared to normal person. I took this preworkout because my friend told me to give it a try. within 10 minutes I was feeling breathless. My resting heart beat which is 50-60 went to 160+. I though I will die. I was not able to breath properly and I was losing consciousness. it's better to avoid preworkout.

    Pre workout is only for days when you're extremely tired. If someone's taking pre workout for every workout session then they're really weak, both mentally as well as physically.

    The limit suggested for the whole day is actually 400 mg but that means net caffeine content. So it includes whatever you are getting from drinking tea, coffee throughout the day as well. Caffeine tolerance increases overtime and it also depends upon the size of the individual. The safest way is to take pre-workouts like these in the morning so that they don't mess up your sleep and you don't need high doses of 400 mg plus ever. Stick to your average 200 to 300 mg ones and opt for those that contain vasodilators like citrulline mallate, agmatine sulfate in appropriate amount. Atleast 6 grams of citrulline mallate and atleast 1 gram of agmatine sulfate. Arginine doesn't do shit. It has been proven with research multiple times and also mentioned in several videos yet companies keep adding it and offline sellers keep promoting it like an idiot. Citrulline mallate and agmatine sulfate literally came into existence to replace arginine. They are pre cursors to it that actually work

Like if someone has been taking it for a while it's good to take a break and go caffeine free for almost a month and then go back at it again. One can get heavily dependent on it which is not good. We need to be able to feel ready to workout in all circumstances.

    I had developed Anxiety when I was using too much caffeine ! I mixed energy drinks like budweiser beats and hell with 2 scoops preworkout !       no brand of protein power will help you , only calorie deficit with any form of exerciser will help you , just eat protein foods instead of protein powder and save money while losing fat

      Protein powder is not for fat loss. Eat a bit less and go on a walk for 30-60 mins daily and it is enough to losse weight. I lost 20kgs just walking every day.

    I have never taken pre workout even i don't consume coffee still lifting pretty good weights from almost a decade now. I always prefer eating home cooked desi food. And that works for me.

    Big fan sir,
    Please suggest some natural or supplement pre-workout for people who workout after work hours, cause sleep cycle have been ruined because of high dosage caffine in our pre workout.
    I used to use psycotic but it was too much for me, tried beetroot juice but it wouldn't push much so now using big muscle freak which I want to quit upon.
    Please suggest if you could sir 🙏🏻
