    How heavy are the puree from 2 Mangos? Thanks

      Do you mean how thick or how much?! The quantity is enough to make for roughly 14 tartlets. If you’re asking about thickness, the purée will thicken as you cook it and as it stays in the fridge. Hope I answered your question 😀 Let me know 😉

      Hello 😀 thank you for watching. It’s hard to estimate the weight of the mango flesh as they vary in size. Use 2 large ripe sweet mangoes. I do not recommend using frozen mangoes

    Hello, can I refrigerate mango curd for 1 day?

      Hello Kristine, it would be best if you refrigerate mango curd for one day. Make sure you cover it with plastic wrap in contact directly over the surface and you can refrigerate it up to 3 days. Before use give it a light whisk to make it smooth and add it to a piping bag or just simply enjoy 😉 it’s super delicious on anything or just by itself

      Oh thank you, mine is a lil bit sour, I only put 1/4 cup of sugar, can I add 1/4 more?
