    In this video, I want to show you my process for compressing a keyboard, more specifically, a piano, when I run sound in church! This process can apply to any piano sound that's coming from mainstage, omnisphere, stock sounds or whatever you're using!

    Where did you have your input gain set at I noticed at my local church that the piano was super loud over everything

    Yeah I need to know how your able to mix with sounds without someone playing while you mix 😂

      Haha! It’s a weird setup that just works for what I’m doing. Basically it’s this… live multitrack from my church X32 into Reaper. Then on my board at home set my inputs to the card, have my reaper outputs align to the card input channels so they play back like they did at church. Then run my master LR into my focus rite interface which feeds garage band just as a main LR recording. It’s a little janky but is really repeatable and quick to setup.
