Wise words. This issue reminds I of the challenges associated with organizing and architecting a large system with many moving parts. Often the number of variables can at first glance feel overwhelming versus the potential gains. When coupled with the perspectives and opinions of one's ability to meet those challenges, it can seem easiest to continue with business as usual. Moving to a larger more organized system certainly is a large task but it is a worthwhile investment. Like any investment however the costs will only increase the longer this is delayed. The single most important ingredient for success to this end is the faith in the ability to deliver on your objectives. It is certainly past the time for Africans to rebuild stronger working relations among the nations of Africa, such that the faith in each nations capabilities and potential may be exploited to the benefit of the continent as a whole.
Facts , they also have funded both sides of most wars. The same people. The plan is to reduce population however possible and war is a great for profit. I hope the people in power come back as someone who is going to experience the consequences of their decisions they made in their past life.
