Thanks Tim for the instruction and humor and thank you Stacy for the flawless poses. Thanks Ollie for keeping us safe! I had a little trouble today with the crow. It probably was the 3 hour Frisbee earlier today that wore me out. See you tomorrow!

My compliments Tim for designing excellent workout focussing largely on arms and yet giving adequate attention to body. Feel so much stronger in body, breathing and mind than regular gym. Kudos again Stacy. Wish I could see your channel too.

Hi Tim. Thanks for class. I appreciate the extensive prep in this class before bringing in crow pose; by the time we'd finished with all that, I found myself able to get deep into malasana, making crow pose easier & more sustainable.

Almost got it, the Crow :) I continue getting better, thanks to all your help Tim. I usually just listen to you guide me through each pose but at the end, to stretch, when I cross one leg over my knee and twist to the side, it hurt my back, now I notice Stacy using a block to put the foot on instead of putting foot, down to floor and it's a much better stretch for me.

So I'm a bit behind after moving to a new state, but I'm still on the challenge on my own time! I wanted to say -- I've done lots of yoga with you and others in the past 7 years, even most of the challenge last year, but I think I'm using the right muscles for the FIRST TIME!!! Thank you so much for this breakdown and cumulative build up. I feel my body in a way perhaps I never have. I won't do yoga with any other instructors unless I've had my Tim foundation reminders recently!

Stacy get's trivia bonus points for hip hop category for knowing it's a hit from Snoop Dog. Can't wait for tomorrow challenge! Thank you Stacy for all the posses, Ollie for he's the best and you Tim for all of your comments and challenges.

I’m not exactly able to stay in Crow pose for the length of time it takes to make a cup of coffee , or anything close to that time really. But, not that long ago I didn’t think I would be able to do it at all. Through good instruction by Tim and good example by Stacy the improbable has become possible. Thanks.

Waouw ! I had to deal with both 18 & 19 today and...OMG, so challenging ! Not always easy for me to understand all your advices (I’m French), I have to watch the video once before practicing. The crow !!! Still don’t get in it but I’ll try again and again. The 19 th felt easier because not so speed as the one you made alone. Thanks to both of u, namaste from France🙏🏻👍🏼🍒

Tim, I absolutely love you and your humor. I have to say Stacy rocks every pose! She has amazing flexibilty which I can only hope to attain three quarters of what she can do one day. You both make an amazing team. I was able to get into the crow pose. I honestly fear trying to do it by myself, so I may have to wait until my daughter visits me to spot me. She is like Stacy and has the moves. Thanks a bunch to the both of you. I love Ollie's participation as well. Namaste!

Today was not my best crow pose! But I accept that. No judgement. I'm just working on it and trying to make it better one day after the other. Your instructions are always pretty helpful to get ready for that kind of difficult harm balance poses. Love doing the wheel pose at the end of the practice. Such a nice chest stretch. It really opens the front of my torso and it feels really good. Thanks for today's video. See you tomorrow.

a wonderful practice like always, you are my favorite instructor and I learned more here about alignments and how to do the postures correctly than in a lot of studios. today only the block wouldn't stick between my legs in bridge. there are two poses I don't seem to improve for years and thats handstand (going to buy the handstand challenge soon ) and bridge.

I'm a few days behind Tim...But definitely one of my favorites during this challenge. Crow pose between 2.5-3 seconds. But that wasn't the coolest part of the day for me. The coolest part was listening to your instructions of what to do during Triangle pose, and feeling/hearing the lower vertebrae in my back start to loosen up and crack...from the bottom up to about the middle of my back. Really cool feeling to actually have them "finding space". Thanks & Namaste!

This was my first time actually holding some stability in the crow pose.I haven't straightened the arms yet, but the key for me was keeping the butt down which was emphasized in this video. I think by keeping the butt down I was forced to engage my abdominals with more strength which gave me the stability I needed. Thanks!

I can sometimes do the Crow Pose from straight arms, but I couldn't do it at all this time, starting with bent arms and then trying to straighten them. I'm either doing it wrong, or I have nowhere *near* enough body strength.
    Thanks for another great practice!

I'm gettting there with the crane/crow! The balance is really improving; it just feels more solid even though I only hold for a second or two. It's much improved. (credit to the arm balance course in the Conscious Movement Community--I'm still working those videos repeatedly)

Thanks for the great instruction and cues in crow. Although I could already “do it”, I’m feeling much stronger and aligned in the pose!

Thank you for today's workout, it was brilliant! I loved the warm up for the shoulders to be able to go inro Crow pose (I held it for almost no time, but I feel now I'm finally getting the position right and I'll be able to do it soon :)

I'm flexible so can get into the crow pose set up! Then when I tip forward I lose the posture, legs slip down. Still working on abdomen and arm strength. Also holding back some for fear of falling on my face and neck. Will keep working on it!

Hey ! Thank you for the challenge, the lessons, really appreciate all the work you put into this. My questions is what can I do to strenghten the wrists in order to avoid injury while practicing crow pose ?
