Hi Marius, many thanks for your videos. I have a BSc in psychology and am a MSc student (currently finishing developmental psychology and clinical practice at UCL). I have one year of experience working for the NHS in a specialist CAMHS setting. My goal is to become a clinical psychologist in the UK but I know getting a place is competitive, and the training is a total of 3 years (while getting paid at NHS band 6) which is not that bad. I am considering applying for graduate entry medicine on the side as an alternative option. However, my knowledge of biology, maths, and chemistry is quite limited- and I do not know how I would handle all the information covered during the course. Could you please let me know what the course covers-how much information you have to retain on a daily basis and how you handle your workload. Also, since I am more interested in the clinical practice side; could you talk a bit about the type of patients you see and what you do on your placements. I am unsure whether I want to take the medical pathway. Thank you.
