"Alright, this game goes no further until somebody explains to me what the fuck Player 2 is supposed to be. And don't tell me it's a 'dragon' because that dog won't hunt, Monsignor."
42:21 Wasn't there supposed to be a Dark Valkyrie Boss Fight to deal before the Final Boss with in the Arcade version or was that added to the TurboGrafx-16 version? (I did played the TurboGrafx-16 version on the TurboGrafx-16 Mini, I haven't played the Arcade version.)
more notes 1: 19:55 - 20:05 valkyrie cast big magic 29:27 - 29:36 player death animation can occur when dmg taken outside shop, then entering shop 36:30 - 36:52 big magic, and when the effect wear off
Why does it appear like they had no thought or care when they designed the second player?? Edit: Unless this is all based on licensed characters of a manga??
Not based on any manga at all, the second player is of a race that isn't human, he is called Sandra, and has his own game, considered the first game of the series in canon (it was released last in the series surprisingly, on the Super Famicom). The game goes by Whirlo in Europe, or Sandra no Daibouken in Japan. It all started with the Famicom game, Valkyrie no Bouken on the Famicom, considered the middle game of the series, this arcade game released between the FC and SFC games is considered the final game of the series. I'd say the sprite pretty much looks as close to the official artwork for Sandra as they could get for the time.
I like how you left the full intro in the video before playing

I checked and it does seem that is only in the TurboGrafx version.

No intelligence to even say what platform this is being played on? Is it PlayStation?
I made the mistake of not putting the system, but there is only one game called Namco Museum Vol. 5, which is for PlayStation.
@@arronmunroe not everyone knows that
@@filevans I agree that the system belongs in the title. It's just that I don't think it's very difficult to look it up if you want to know.
@@arronmunroe why should everyone look it up when you can just put it easily? you already knew and didn't put it
@@filevans If someone is too lazy to look it up online, and it's extremely easy to find, then that's on that person.
