Ingredients-
For cake sponge- 1 cup = 250ml, Cake tin size - 5 inch
1 cup maida
1/4 cup oil
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup fresh curd
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp pineapple essence
1 tsp vinegar
A pinch of yellow food colour
For pineapple glaze -
1 cup water/ pineapple juice
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp pineapple essence
1/2 tsp lemon juice
2tbsp corn flour
For decoration -
Whipping cream
pineapple
sugar sprinkles

I made it ! It was damn awesome ! The best cake I ever made in my life ! Better than many cake shops out there ! 👍❤️❤️
For those who don't have curd just like me, can instead use 3/4 cup of lukewarm milk, add 1/2 tsp of vinegar in it and let it rest for 10 mins. Then when you make the batter, at first don't add this milk with the wet ingredients ! Add it after you mix the dry ingredients with oil and sugar mixture and make the batter.
Believe me, this works the SAME! The cake was so so awesome ! ❤️❤️
