I just want to say thank you for this video. I am a real estate agent in Central Florida. I got my license in 2021 and I did great that year with my team leave buying leads. Once that stopped, my money stopped. No leads I was struggling and trying to get help from broker and agents was hard. I wanted to give up but I really truly love doing real estate. I’m starting back up this year and took 2023 to learn and gain more knowledge. I just got my first listing deal and I’m excited to really hustle this year. All you said I felt and thought I was crazy and only happening to me. I wish you many blessings in your life and career girl!

Yes they do but contracts constantly change due to trec rules and regulations so if your broker isn’t constantly doing their research on that and teaching you, you can mess up the contracts.

So apartment complex have so many steps to get through before you get paid. So if he manager doesn’t notify corporate that can be a delay. Or if the broker isn’t properly set up with the paying system the property uses that’s another delay. If the property changes different property management groups that’s another delay. It’s just so many factors that can delay payment.
