Material cost + land cost =total construction cost
I think the approximate rates which usaid in the video are almost 20% higher than the market rates,,in hyd almost all contractors are offering for 1600 per sft with good quality material (not the best), i think to build the same house it should cost 35-36 lakhs max...i may be wrong also.. please do proper research on all kind of rates and share the video to your subscribers ,it will really help many people..
