  • Emotional pain. Emotional baggage. Everyone has emotions in them that are causing anxiety, sadness, anger. Maybe you can't stop crying. Maybe you are angry all the time. From a young age we have suppressed emotions and they are the cause of a lot of issues. The best thing you can do for yourself, and those you spend time with, is to clear your emotional baggage so you can be your true self. I remember being so angry that I didn't know who I was anymore. The anger was the emotional pain from feelings of being hurt and shamed earlier in my life. Releasing the root emotions, and learning how to handle emotions was life changing for me, and I know it will be for you too.
