Grozer is great at supporting his customers even years after you buy his bow. This is from personal experience.
yes, I've got a string for free!
@M well, if you’re from Europe and want your bow fast, Grozer. Those bows are great, I have short Turkish, Assyrian and Scythian on its way. I do own Yarha from Alibow. It took several months until it came, but I’m happy with it. Maybe consider the type of bow you want, Grozer doesn’t build all models Alibow is offering. For Manchu for example I would buy from Alibow. Support is good from Grozer as well and yeah, it’s quicker.
@M Grozer for sure. And I hav about seven from Alibow. Does take a long time, but the laminated bows are great. But I would love to order a Grozer.
That is a beautiful bow. Looks like it would be a real pleasure to shoot.
I'm going to request one too.
@@ianchan8859 Let us know how it works out for you.
Another fantastic Bow by Grozer, and another lovely review by Armin, congratulations on 50k subscribers👍👍👍👍
Always lovvvvvvveeeeee when you present a bow but love even more when it’s a grozer
Your reviews are exceptional.
This is my dream bow.
Oh my stars, such a pretty bow.😍 Grozer never disappoints. Hope to own a bow from this artist one day.
Yay, Vienna!!! Wish you a smooth move Armin.
So glad you were able to review this bow - it is one of the favourite bows I’ve ever owned!
That is a truly beautiful weapon.. and I think that's the first time a bow has had a perfect score.
Congratulations on 50k subscribers !
I think many of the traditional archery community worldwide are members, and rightfully so.
I wish you a blessed year - may your arrows always hit the target.
Thank you
I've been shooting biocomposite Grózer Assyrian and Scythian bows for more than 10 years - with the same excitement of the first day I shot them. 2 Unique, wonderfull bows. Very forgiving compared to any glass laminated bow I shot with, but fast. And without vibration - unlike glass laminated bows (in 65 and 63 lb at 28, with only 8-8,2 gpp). After warming them up, also unique draw feeling, like they harden up slower than their shape and tillering suggest as you're drawing them back. Bows that prefer to be shot not too seldom and that also prefer to be unstrung slowly.
Always nice to see your reviews.
Your curiosity, relaxed and way of explaining things and the love for bow always make me smile.
Keep up the good work en thanks for this review.
Cheers Pulanka
That is my 2nd favorite bow you have reviewed in this channel keep up the good work
Which is yours first ?
As always...very informative and what a fun review too! "If you like it, put a STRING on it". Your dry delivery of this humorous line was perfect. 😄 I was always a fan of Scythian style bows...and, you Sir, only serve reinforce the dangers of our lovely addiction!!! Thank you!
Haha thanks
Beautiful bow
How many times have I watched this? I love me some short bows, and the shape..! ....and performance !
Grozer makes some Beautiful Bows!!
I got this bow last month and love it. Very easy draw and accurate. Not as fast and “Smooth” as my two Saluki bows but easier to shoot. I have also experienced the hand shock in this bow.
Wonderful bow! now I need to learn more about the Scynthians. Thank you Armin and respect JB!
Excellent review, the beautiful bow was well covered,I have the pleasure of owning two biocomposites, the Asyrian and the Persian, wonderful bows. This one though us in a class of its own, Grozer is great..!
I love that style of bow. That one seemed a pleasure to shoot
You remind me of me ,I fill like I am in a candy store ,when I shoot my bow ,that's the way I fill have a wonderful day Mr Hirmer
Years ago, after seeing your review of Grozer's "Old Scythian," I bought one at 45#. Back then it was a big deal to get the money credited to his bank. I suppose it is easier now. Mine is not "bio" -- I have no idea what is under the leather covering. A fun-to-shoot bow that I still treasure.
I really like the look of that bow, doesn’t seem to be a bad price either, thank you for sharing it with us
For the basic model it's only €140 I didn't expect that. I have had a bow from them before and it just broke 2 weeks ago after 6 year's. I had an Hungarian bow 50 pound. It was also my favorite bow for quite a few years.
Grózer once did a test, he cut the string on a strung biocomposite bow. The bow was still fine after the test
Absolutely beautiful bow. Of course i do love the Scythian bows. Great job.
I own one of these and shoots great! Would also love to see an asymmetric version if possible similar to the Hun bow which I love.
I hope to god to get a bow from Csaba Grozer during his lifetime. It has been my dream for years!
Sir, great review with a great bow, thank you! only coffee was missing ...i hope the Master also watches your great videos..
Excellent review. I own the basic model of this bow. After this review I want the Biocomposite version!
Great review ,as usual. Absolutely beautiful bow . Tool and art combined .
Beautiful bow gorgeous curves . I was hoping you'd get a chance to review this bow I thought the draw experience would be nice, now I am reassured that it is. Grozers bow are absolutely gorgeous, and very well finished. Thank you for letting Armin review it. And for you Armin, well forgive the Nalwany review, if I had as many awesome bows as you I'd get them confused too! Thanks for all you do my friend keep up the great reviews.🎯🎯🎯
masterpiece. I've waiting for this review for long long time.
Beautiful bow! And very quiet even string walking! What causes the annoying squeak? Nock and string contact perhaps?
Now that’s a really nice looking bow.thanks for sharing sir. 👍🏼🏹🇺🇸
That is one sexy bow. Grozer is a master artist.
Great review as always Armin, stay safe.
That is a work of art
this was very helpful for gamedev reference
Yes, beautiful looking bow. Thanks. 🙏🏹
thank you for reviewing this bow!
Now that is a stunning bow. Never really appreciated this style of bow. This has changed my mind. He should do all with a arrow pass.
Safety first. I like to wear a glove on my left hand. I've put fletchings through my hand while shooting when they came off. They were old feather fletchings that my grandpa had. We he die i got all his old archer equipment. Some of these arrows were from the 70s-80s..maybe older? Lesson is, shoot good arrows and wear a glove.
Thank you for the amount of information from your videos, Armin :)
Do you think the Grozer Scythian would be faster + with less vibration, and less sensitive than the biocomposite, in the full carbon version?
could be
Merci. Grozer est un artiste
Grozer master the bow building...:) very impressive....👏👏👏🙏🙏🙏👍👍👍
Scythian bow is very amazing 🏹🏹🏹🏹🏹🏹🏹🏹🏹🏹🏹👍
Where are those white feathered arrows from? They look very nice.
Your are in love Armin and I totally understand why.....:) by the way thanks for your video it’s an amazing work....these bow is simply a masterpiece !!!
Thank you
very nice bow, i bought it, but i pay 390 euro no 375 and 30 plus for shipping without 2nd string or bag
Grozier out here just "kill in it " in the bow world... Wow..
What is the day to day maintenance on a bow made like this? My worry is any exposed natural material. I currently have a take down AF Archery Tartar bow, fiberglass coated, 30#. I would be shooting it inside and outside, the Texas heat can be brutal.
Another great video. If you end up visiting Grozer. You two should do a video together. That would be awesome!
Thats the plan (at least mine hahaha)
I dont know why, but you said this bow have 30 inch max draw length. I owe the same one, and mine have 31 inches, and on grozer's web is writen 32 inches. Please can you tell me why are here this differences? is it because every bow is little bit different and unique or what. Thank you. Very nice review 👍
I can only tell what either is written on the bow, description paper or website
Armin, are you moving permanently to Wien? Are you leaving Malta? If so, I hope you get a good new shooting field/track at your new place so you can continue your work at this channel
Yes it looks like and sure i will setup something :)
a little test of grozer traditional recure hunting it 's possible please .
hi! I own exactly the same Scythian bow from Czaba Grozer and shoot Chinese bamboo arrows. The other day the arrow was split ahalf by the sring. I suppose this happened because my 55# bow was too strong for a light-weight arrow. Does this formula always work with biocomposite bows: 8 grains per pound of the draw weight?
Although I have become an avid fan of Grozer bows this one gets a "meh" from me. I do not favor the overall shape nor the husky siyahs. As always, a very enjoyable review to watch! Two questions 1. When is the move to Vienna? 2. On the intro you are using a red bow on the "Hirmer" side of the image. What is that bow? Kia mihi!
Move depends a bit on that covid crap goung on
What a pretty looking bow!🙂 Crazy curves.
The bow of my ancestors!
Love your videos
One of his sexiest designs, I really like that strongly bent handle. PS I'm glad it's not just windy in my country lol
PS It's so quiet too
A really premium bow, simply Grozer quality! :-)
very enjoyable video, and the bow impresses with its character , your signature on the arrow pass enhances its value ;-), Master would you consider the warranty aspect of a bow also to be a yardstick for points?
Yes thats true, warranty should be a point. But here in Europe you always have to give 2 years
@@ArminHirmer that’s wonderful master
Oh, my 30-point-rated Grozer Turkish has a little brother now😜 really a beautiful bow.
But Armin, never ever shock us with stringwalking again🤣 that hurts deep in my heart. Just kidding. I love it, when you go troll-mode😊
Just showing possibilities :D
Hi Armin. Welchen Bogen würdest du eher empfehlen: den hier vorgestellten oder den Dacian von Sav Archery?
Beide gut, ich würde Grozer nehmen
@@ArminHirmer vielen Dank
Thanks for the review and look at these lovely curves, Armin. Work of an artist, really tempted to get one just for the sake of pleasing my eyes :) one question. I noticed the arrows are not hitting the target straight during your speed test, you know why? I'm struggling the same with my Manchu bow which I'm learning to 'operate'. I'm lost what am I doing wrong but getting the very same results as you are on the video during your speed test. It's kind of frustrating. It's most probably my release, I don't know. I tried different arrows, spines, weight, material, same. I'm shooting short distances (from 1.5 to 10m) to work on my form. Any idea maybe? Thx!
I had the same problem when I first started shooting thumb release some of my problem was form and also release. You really notice it more at short range. You need to make sure when you release your release hand is directly behind your arrow and you push with you bow hand and pull with your release which in turn gives the effect of perfect follow thru not quite khatra as your having this issue with manchu bow which isn't really meant for it. But an even pressure between the push and the pull then just a little more push with your bow hand so it feels as if pulling the string out of your thumb lock which will in turn make the bow hand move slightly to the right to clear the arrow. Armin has a couple videos on this technique and one he shows you the method with a manchu bow! I hope this helps and hope you don't mind the advice it helped me become very accurate short and long distance. Think of slingshot effect eventually it will become fluid an even push pull till your string pulls from your thumb lock. Sorry to be so long winded but good luck.
Oh yeah on armins speed test he isn't using any real khatra or follow thru so you can see the pure speed of just the bow and it's a short distance. Same result!
@@tammynfletcher thanks, appreciate your comment and help! I’ll try to concentrate and what you just mentioned.
hi with this type of bows, can I shoot like comanche style? meaning very fast
Mister Hirmer, what would you say is the best spine (carbon arrow) for these Asiatic reflex bows? 500? I got the Alibow fiberglass tatar (tanks to you) 45 pounds at 28 inches if that helps... I broke all my wooden arrows from missed shots :)
Don't miss :) i would go 400 spine. Start close to the target until your form is settled
Where can i get the 450 grain wooden arrows you used?
This is art 👍
Most people think technology evolved after the Roman Empire started getting invaded by barbarians, but the truth is the technology and tactics and equipment of antiquity cannot be matched by the Medieval period. Mainly because of a lack in manpower for 40,000+ man armies, but also because the equipment and battle tactics were just superior. The legions of the Roman Republic to the time of Caesar, the Macedonian Pike Phalanx, the cataphracts of the Parthians combined with horse archers whom are descended from Saka and Scythians, the list goes on and on. Just better AND more interesting period of time the Iron Age was.
I just got my 47# Turkish biocomposite and I only got one string. This bow being reviewed … must have purchased an extra string. They are only 7 euro but 55 euro shipping 😒
Somebody is having fun ... :-)
regarding the length this bow look perfect for me ... i guess 😉
Love the bow but I hear noise when you draw it back. What is creaking ?
Yes, some draw back noise basically every time I use it, but still fine after almost 11 years of shooting. Might be a slight string movement in the nock groove. Same with the Assyrian biocomposite.
@@dileb112 perhaps you can add “Draw Noise”to reviews in future videos. Most archers prefer quiet bow?
Yes, it is the string moving in the nocks. Grozer strings have a rather thick serving at the loops, and thus causes the noise, particularly if the bow has a reinforcement wrapping at the nocks. All my three Grozer bows make this noise to a certain degree. It can be reduced a little if you put some string wax on the serving and the reinforcement.
Grozer does know his trade, what a nice bow!
I would like to get this bow, but i cant find it anywhere!!
Follow the link in the video description to grozerbows
@@ArminHirmer I did, but i cant find it anywhere in the store for the same price as its listed on the information website. I guess there is something wrong. 140 for this bow is way to less.
Now who had their weetabix this morning 😏.class bow great review again. 👏🇮🇪
Bow ! WIt wich Bulgaria wins for East Roman Empire .Kalashnikov in medivial ..Bulgarians are scytian ..Good video ! Good job 👏
Болгары не скифы, просто один из скифских князей ( Святослав храбрый) отвоевывал Болгарию у римлян

I need a bow made from the devil's horns
The 1 dislike must be from of those wrong side of the bow guys 🤦♂️
Hahaha
cool video
"It's bow porn" 😂
Super bow, great review!
Did you see that Bone Work? With the "cock feathers" even....? Cat in the back, licking her own.....?🤣🤣 Armin does have an "Only Fans" page you know...well Patreon, but close enough🤣🤣😎
AWESOME :)
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣hilarious. gotta love this guy.
Mantap om
what is your favorite asian bow?
I've been shooting this bow for a couple of years even harvested a bear with it this last fall. My only Gripe is that Eva, Csaba's assistant, won't answer any questions. Took me several emails to get the recommended brace height. Won't answer my q's about string materials. Won't even tell me what type of finish they use (lacquer, poly, varnish etc). I couldn't even get a lowest arrow gpi recommendation out of her.
But are you sure it is not 31' max draw......? Hahahaha, anyway, very nice bow. R$ 2.500,00 is A NUMBER, but I'm looking to the Biocomposite Assyrian and the Biocomposite Assyrian is looking to me.
👍🏹🔥💯🤝
there is no distinguishing one from another as your scoring system is to small.
1 to 15 is better or even 20. and getting 20 should be as rare as a solar eclipse.
I know i thought it will be enough. Have to refine it...
I never understood why Americans didn't use archers during the civil war. I would rather have 100 archers in the woods with 100 arrows than 300 soldiers marching toward each other with single shot front loaders. Duh!
It take years to train archer and maybe a month to train a man to shoot a musket and march in formation. Also don't forget about cavalry: 300 musketers with fixed bayonets anytime and anywhere could form a square and defend against cavalry charge. Archers needed extra protection so basicly your formation would consist of 300 archers and lets say 300 pikeman fighting against 600 musketeers. Not the best odds for that medieval-style army.
I was watching the Biden inauguration, feeling happy for our brothers and sisters in the US being freed from the monster in charge, then I saw this video and imediately came to watch it 😁
This bow looks awesome. I'm not concirned about the string coming over the nocks, but there is still the question of the angle of the string on the nocks. They, seem to sharp still. As if the serving will come apart after some time.
Still, an amazing bow. I like it 😁
Edit: Also, I think you should expand your reviews to 10 points per point. There are far too many bows with the same value 😁 Maybe ad a segment for the tip nocks as well.
Always weirdo like you who want to talk about something he’s completely don’t understand but still want to say what he think even if nobody ask him
@@yolfio3873 I want to talk about the bow. The point about the president is that Armin's review is more important to me than a world wide event. Chill, dude 😉
We don't do politics here please :)
@@ArminHirmer Wasn't my intention. Won't happen again :D
if u want it it ...put a string on it... yesterday i messed up.... hahaha
Great. Except Grozers website is completely lame and there is no way to navigate it to be able to purchase a bow.
Composite, it means the bow is made up of numerous different materials
so no better than the last bow.
