James i know you love intertwining your businesses how come rossi doesn't have a teddy bear? A rossi rabbit mascot would work so well on every rossi tub and pack of sweets
could donate thousands of rossi rabbits to every childrens hospital in the southend area alongside lifesize mascots that hand out sweets and ice cream, the lifelong association between their childhood teddy and the rossi rabbit would really bring in a whole new generation of kids who know the rossi brand
If people wanted them we’d sell them. My predecessors tried to sell them, we still have teddy bears with rossi branding on. It’s hard to sell branded gear!
@@JamesSinclairEntrepreneur Ah that makes sense, i meant more like building a rossi rabbit character that is instantly recognisable and growing the character through charitable means rather than selling the branded teddies only, would it be possible to put a QR code on the ice cream tub to win a giant rossi rabbit or gift hamper? make it so you need to enter your email to check if you won, you could gather the emails from all the people who buy your ice cream that way similar to how cadburys does on their wrappers purely to collect more customer data at very little cost? give everyone who didn't win a consolation prize of a 20% off voucher to your day parks or something along those lines?
Great content. I enjoyed your comments at the end of tweaking the model to make it work. Also have a dinosaur park so need to bolt new things onto it. Thanks for a great video.
Great content once again ! Hope you and the family had a great Christmas mate. Lets go and smash 2024 lots of deals coming to a close its going to be an exciting year !!!
Wow wow wow, what a fascinating podcast James! So many better questions than other podcast hosts! I felt your emotion in the last 10 mins about your grandparents, I hope you’re doing well. Alastair

James on a ice cream podcast you say Milkshakes are not vatable
Is that milkshakes that contain ice cream say 2 scoops plus milk
Or the instant ones
Milk based drinks that are not hot, are zero rated. So a cold milky coffee for takeaway is zero rated. Drinking it in an establishment makes it vatable.
So a milk shake - made with ice cream and milk sold for takeaway is zero rated.
Thanks
