    having a similar issue, not revving at 1500 but hust slightly higher, say 900 rpm at idle, fault codes are pointing to injectors 1 and 2 and the balance rate is wrong across all four, at idle it should be approx -4 to +4 across all injectors, according to GM and Delphi. three fuel lift pumps have failed since getting these codes, will gfit four recon injectors and new pump next week to see if its gonna cure it

    hey mate half way through your video I have 2013 captiva 2.2 diesel getting P02D0 throwing cleared it with my toolpro scanner from supercheap it came back half hr after driving the next day weird though I don’t have any high revving at idle and car seems to be completely normal no lagging or anything

    Im experiencing this right now, after a reset service light comes back and rev will stay to 1500, scan says p02 CD 00, injector 1 max learn limit, after reset it will come back after 2days, how do I fix this? Thanks

    For a sync it's easiest to use the cam signal. Just need to measure the cam and injector with the engine running first. Another way is to unplug the injectors and fit dummy injector/noid light.

      How do you know where is no #1 just by cam signal? Unless you sync that with crank signal first and even that sometimes it can be very confusing if you actually don't have good known waveform. And some crank signal can be pain to tap into. This is universal easy method anyone can apply to. That's always my preference. I do not think their such thing as dummy diesel injector for electrical diagnosis. They have one for checking compressions. But I know what you saying, it would be nice to have but again how many different types do you need. I know what you saying works on petrol EFI. I'm not sure about diesel injectors, but I will try it out next time. Have you tried it with noid light on diesel system and it worked? It would be interesting to see. Thanks Nathan

    Thanks for this investigation, I'm having EXACTLY the same issue with my Holden 2017 Captiva LTZ (73000km). After injector 3 replacement, did your customer came back reporting same issue again after all these months? Would love to find out, thanks

    Hi.. my captiva 2010 diesel 2.0 not starting showing dtc p0203 p0201 p0202. Checked the wiring amd all is well . Sent the ECU for test and they said its ok. Pls help. Next im thinking of sending the ECU somewhere else for test
