Kind of heard to explain over just text but if you go into your campaign settings you will see there are settings to increase percentage of bid to pay more and have higher chances f showing up in specific locations.
Top of page is good if your fully optimized if you have less then 10 good ratings and comments it don't convert at profit product page is same if not optimized but at 10 cent a click you can get some extra clicks an not feel it to bad great vid boss 👍😎
