Most of the Europe does not have skyscrapers but they looks beautiful because of there traditional architecture cleanliness and system . indian cities were growing up in British era and they were not interested in planned city hence today india looks like very unsystematic because to rebuild the old cities is a very tough job in a poor country like India because the people don't have enough money.but the new cities aur new area are very systematic and looks very beautiful.
