আপু,,ক্রিম টা পারফেক্ট হয়েছিলো আমার,,,
কিন্তু ফ্রিজ থেকে বের করার ২৫/৩০ মিনিটের মধ্যেই ক্রিম টা পুরো গলতে শুরু করছিলো!! এরকম গলে ডিজাইন সব নষ্ট হয়ে গেছিলো😭😭,,
কিভাবে করলে বা কি অ্যাড করলে ক্রিম টা বের করার পরেও অনেক্ক্ষণ গলবে না🤥?

I think the measurement of the butter isn't correct because I tried it thrice prottek bar e butter the separate hoye jacche meringue theke and chana chana akta texture ashche but jokhon extra butter ta alada kore fele abar beat korchi tokhon abar perfectly smooth hocche and butter 150 gram er kom e hocche...

My meringue was nicely stiffen at first, like the video. After adding butter it turned to soupy. Then i kept in normal freeze the bowl for less then an hour and after that i again beated it and it was stiff!
