Hi there what a great set of videos you put together. Soo very useful. With this layers tutorial I'd like to specifically ask is it possible to duplicate a layer? (I am wanting to make 3 almost identical options that all have most of the elements exactly the same... only a few tweaks to differentiate the three.) So... can you duplicate a layer and have each one work independently once duplicated? Thanks
thanks for the video man, really great tutorial. Quick question regarding design options and layers, its clearly the same sort of system one would use when building in Sketchup - different layer for different options, tied to separate scenes - but there you can obviously create options with regard to the architecture, not just the furniture layouts. Is it possible to do that in Lumion? Or do you have to load each design option into Lumion separately and then assign them to different layers all over again?
One way or the other you have to get the geometry for the options in and assign it to layers so that you can turn them on and off - likely yes, each design option will have to be loaded in separately for the building architecture
