That is acting. That is real acting. A perfect delivery in every sense of the word. A performance that is alive and truthful, powerful and moving. I am in awe.
Brilliant work! Absolutely brilliant! I just studied at the Stella Adler Studio of Acting and knowing what I know now, it’s hard to find actors who meet the real criteria of how to make an emotional piece really flow, but you are absolutely phenomenal! I think you should be an a-list actress, I really do. Keep shooting for your dreams and keep working hard because you will get there with that natural talent!
You are a real talent. One of the best self-tape monologues I've seen. Love how you took your time and built the emotion organically. Hope to see you on TV some day!
This is acting, I loved it, for the past two months I've been practicing it and yesterday I went to the drama competition s,and I won, all because of you I had discovered this monologue, I kept on practicing with this video, I truly am greatful for you❤❤❤
One of the best monologue performances I've seen in a really long time on TH-cam. I applaud all the hard work you put into making this character come to life! I can see the well placed habitual movements and I love it!
This is genuinely one of the best pieces of acting I have ever seen, both because of the natural quality of it and of the gradual emotional shift, so much so that I thought you were on a free flow. Gobsmacked. I hope you go far.
Thank you for this!! I love this script. I’m auditioning for a mother and I’m changing words to make it from daughter’s perspective to mothers perspective and it works great both ways!!
Holy moly this was good! I just have no words. It’s like she was really speaking to us, begging us from the bottom of her heart. It’s so hard to believe it wasn’t even real! Just a script
Hey! Thank you❤️ it really depends on what I’m working on at the time. But for the most part it’s a matter of personalizing things for me. So applying the script to a true aspect of my life (an actual person I know, relationship I have, etc) and then just playing around from there through some imaginary circumstances. There’s A LOT of playing around 😂
Hey there! I believe this is originating from a one-act titled Treat Me Nice by Joseph Arnone. Here’s a link I found monologueblogger.com/treat-me-nice/
This is absolutely incredible. The most genuine and authentic performance of this monologue that I’ve ever seen.

Wow this is so incredible! Which play is this from?
You know what I wish things could have been different 😢
I know you're playing a character but the characters I play aren't far from myself. I'm acting but they're close to what I actually am.
Incredible performance. What helps you get into character?
