And eventually Davie will notice and have to respond, or he will not be #1 at bass which is not epic, especially if we get at his twitter. Well there's no problem since Andrew probably uses pitch shift in these videos, I mean, I'm not sure of that, but tuning manually all of this, one step down for each song, would require a lot of time and the strings would break mor easily

i actually retract my agreement, the artsy melodic tracks like gehenna, killpop, spiders, my pain, adderall, yen and medicine for the dead are their best by far. that and the brooding slow burn tracks like prosthetics, scissors, iowa, virus of life

I like to tune to drop D, but then take that low E and tune it even lower to where its in harmonics with the A string. Makes for a pretty cool sound and works
Yeah I used to have 13 guitars all stung with different gauges and tunnings too.... it was A lot of maintenance. At one point I was changing strings and working on them more than i was playing.

Not really. Drop D on a Bass is still an octave lower than double drop D on an 8 string. Bass is two octaves lower than a guitar (generally speaking).
