    Dang that is a bunch of shrimp!, I like that huge pond too! Love the look of the moss and crypts! But especially that moss! I have some Java moss it’s grown some but that moss looks nicer. Thanks mark🙂👍🏻⭐️

      I've tried several mosses, none really do that great for me, but this one does amazing.

      Got pilo moss from mark and I got a shit ton from him with one order . I have it growing crazy in all my tanks and it does good. Sold some of it too, it does better than Java moss by light years. No ferts just a balanced tank and that shit will go.

    hi im from philippines, can you share how do you grow lots of algae in your shrimp pond?

    • @MarkShellyAquatics
      @MarkShellyAquatics  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Good light with fairly heavy feeding works really well for neos

      do you have some problems with planarias in dwarf shrimp tanks? are they really harmful to our shrimps?

      Specific parameters are not important when it comes to neos, its all about keeping them consistent. My exact parameters are gh and kh are around 15+ and tds is around 350 to 390. Ph is close to 8.

    Moss looks beautiful! How do you keep the snails from getting into it for sale to customers?

    • @MarkShellyAquatics
      @MarkShellyAquatics  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Really isnt that many snails in the moss in this stock tank, the snails are 99% on the sides where the algae is.

      @@MarkShellyAquatics Do you find they aren't laying eggs in there? Just curious if we were to buy it, would we then get some snails in our own tanks? :)

    • @MarkShellyAquatics

      Always a chance of snails, clearly states all plants comes from natural planted tanks and may contain snails on my website.
      I do ship my plants in untreated water to help take care of snails and the possiblr stray baby shrimp.
